Went in not knowing exactly what I desired and left more knowledgeable than ever; with the best possible purchases ever.The staff at Friendly Stranger are the most professional and personable staff I have ever come across within the industry — the service and passion behind the counter is imaginable.Owen & James worked tirelessly with my indecisiveness and helped me come to a conclusion on what it was that I wanted with my experience. Went in looking for an ounce . Asked about a strain and was told it wasn't that great . Was than recommended the grand daddy purp so I grabbed it . Opened the bag and its trash . We should be able to see what we buy before hand and if it isn't good it shouldn't be recommended. Definitely not happy with this purchase as now I've gotta spend more to get something good

NOT satisfied with Table Top (28g) — Sticky Buns !! Strangely this is terribly dangerous and shoulda been discarded. Supposed to smell fresh, but these r nasty moldy brown but-lets, all the way throughout this whole bag. It was packaged in august, it’s over a year old. Should have been recalled for botrytis, it’s got a urine colour to it. You should be really worried about selling this to customers // BUYER BEWARE !!

This store is the best one in town! I've always had a great experience when I've gone in, but Mandy always goes above and beyond to make sure I always get the smoke I'm looking for. Great suggestions and even better conversations every time. Each and every one of the staff is knowledgeable, and friendly. Even on their busiest times, with almost a line up to the door, they are quick, helpful and always make your day a little better!Reading some of these one star reviews, and their 'bad experience' with the store, Its hard to believe. But just take a look at those profiles and previous reviews, they seem to have 'bad experiences' everywhere..... hmmmm, maybe you are the problem.

Ten out of ten service. If there was more stars to give these guys I would. I normally deal with Owen when I’m there and that guy really knows what he’s talking about. Great customer service and answers my questions with detail. Also shoutout to james there he’s a really cool guy. This place has chemistry and I always leave happy.Boys need a raise !

Cart leaked not to the fault of my own and asked what they can do to help. Well, they straight up took it and returned my money ezpz. I had bought from here a couple of times but this just makes it the ONLY place I will buy from now on. Keep up the amazing job guys!!!
