Poor customer service.I bought 2 products from them . While packing they packed 1only . When I went back and said that I received only 1 product and left my product n receipt there, they wouldn't listen. I showed them my credit card transaction and asked them to get the copy to check, they did not help at all. I paid for 2 and received 1. When asked for help, no customer service.

5 stars just for Aida. She’s so amazing and helpful. I really love and appreciate the sort of customer service I was provided with at the store by her.

Good place to buy hand soap, gifts and candles. You just have to wait for the sale and don't forget to subscribe to the email bc you get coupon for extra savings.Edit: ran out of hand soap today. I got $10 off coupon for $40 purchase. Great deal, and you can use it on top of the discounted products. Just the line up to the checkout is not clear. We don't know where the line ends.

Highly suggest signing up for their emails to get promo/sale notifications and even to pre-shop online to get a better idea of what's in store. Always such a wide selection of everything and I could spend an hour just trying different scents in store. Staff is usually friendly and willing to help find things or answer any questions but it can get crazy busy sometimes. Loving all their seasonal items they come out with for Halloween and Christmas! Store can be hectic with their layout if you're trying to get something quickly with customers stuck in clumps. Not a great flow to their layout but I guess that's the point.

Clean and light shopping floor. Shopping space is comfortable with music provided. Price is pretty good with coupon codes or on sales items. Check out speed is fast. Employees are super nice, friendly, and helpful. Credit cards accepted. Located inside Metrotown shopping center. Free mall parking available. Public washrooms nearby. Easy access.

Good deal when we visited the store! It just we bought alot as prep for xmas as gift. We bought 23 big fragrances and gave us only cello of 5 only as the staff said if she will give us many other customer will ask for it as well but the point is its for a gift that wh we are asking for how many we bought.

Would give no stars if I could. I’m in customer service as well but if you don’t Check your store signs often then it shouldn’t be there. Long time customer, I buy all my soaps from them. Walked in as I’m running out of hand soap and I’m about to move to a bigger place with more washrooms thought I’d stock up. Sign says 8 for $30, ALL HAND SOAP. Picked out white tea and sage and was told $50+ at the counter. Cashier first wouldn’t believe me when I told her that it’s 8 for $30. She finally went over to check and said a customer flipped a sign. Right, blame it on a customer. Your sign shouldn’t really even be there in the first place if it wasn’t 8 for $30. Asked politely if she could honour the price and she said no. It’s not their fault. Well ok, I walked out. You lost a customer but that’s fine.

Got a new scent of shower gel and body cream, buy 3 then get 3 free. It cost me more than $8 each which is not bad, but it will be cheaper if I buy online. Anyway love the new scent of Ginghams. New scent will be coming on May, I will be coming back for it as I’ve got coupon to spend.
