I can't remember the last time I've had such excellent customer care like this! I went in & it was fairly busy, I didn't expect to be helped for awhile. Saw a young lady & asked for help re question on a ladies' shoe. Her name was Parmida. She was so very helpful, and I ended up with two pairs of shoes instead of one (one hiking, one regular walking). She ran to the back a few times to locate my size/type of shoe I needed. She was attentive, courteous & very kind. I didn't feel rushed. I hope her manager sees this & gives her official recognition for such great service. Very impressed. Also, the lady checking me out at the register was helpful too. Stock was plentiful and signage says if you can't find what you're looking for- size wise availability- a staff member can order for you online & you receive free shipping.

-THANK YOU- TO THE BIKE SHOP GUYS! I didn't want to be a nightmare customer, we just had an issue getting the bike in the car. I'm so grateful to the tech who built my bike and came out to help/show us a quick tip. Seriously, I can't say enough about how helpful everyone at this location has been. Give em a raise!

Perfect place for sports gear, bought tennis rackets, Head and Wilson, they have enough variety to select from. Bought some other sport equipments as well.Staff was humble and helpful. Got some good deals as well.

They don’t provide bags unless you buy a $2 reusable bag where a donation goes to jumpstart. I probably won’t come back again for this reason… at least there should be an option other than donating to a charity for $2 or no bag whatsoever. At least if there was a paper option it would be reusable and maybe not a donation to jump start.

Very poor customer service, one of the associate told me to keep the shoes at its place after trying.And you cannot keep more than 5 shoes for trying, keep them in its place and then try again.I mean isn't this your responsibility to keep the shoes when i try as there was not a single customer apart from myself in the store during that hour.Try online or elsewhere where they care for the customers and treat them the way they should be treated. The associates name was MARK.Never comming back to the store again

Few times in my life have I had such a pleasant experience as I have had in this here sport chek. Mikayla on cash was so polite she even told me to have a nice day even thought I was NOT having a nice day. She works above the standard with a very cheerful attitude. She brightens the atmosphere of the community and creates a wonderful retail environment.

I have to stay, despite some random chaos that happen in the store that night, customer service was awesome while purchasing the bike. The random events could have detract easily from the service, but they remained focused on the customer experience.

Inattentive and uninterested . The shoe department is understaffed and either has one person helping 6+ people or no one at all.When they are available they are nice and helpful. However the cashiers are not . I tried to exchange a pair of shoes and was told there was no stock online to do so . I looked on the website myself minutes after and found the size was available. I had to go to the Ancaster store to be assisted properly. I would just avoid this location, the cashiers are awful shop somewhere better or online.
