We came in for a quick lunch and ordered a sushi meal and a sashimi meal. The salad was fresh and well seasonyand the miso soup was fine. The sashimi was very fresh and thick cut, but the sushi was just average. The rice wasn't as moist or chewy as other restaurants so it didn't give a proper nigiri expu.The service was okay, but the restaurant could use an update to the interior furniture. The bench we were seated in had large tears in the pleather cushion. I'm sure the restaurant was clean but damaged furniture makes you question how clean they can get.

The ambiance of the restaurant was lovely and relaxing, which made for a perfect dining experience. And the food? Absolutely amazing! But what really stood out to me was the seafood udon. It was the perfect combination of fresh seafood and savory broth, with just the right amount of chewy udon noodles to bring it all together. The flavors were bold and satisfying, and every bite was an absolute delight.Aside from the seafood udon, I also tried a few different sushi rolls and they were all delicious. The quality of the ingredients was evident in every bite, and the presentation of the dishes was beautiful.

Gozen Sushi
Gozen is by far the best Korean & Japanese restaurant, which is very neat and clean with great staff. It offers a cozy atmosphere with good music. I strongly recommend Sashimi Bibimbap, and Katsu Don, Soft Shell Crab, Agedashi, and Udon would be good choices.

Fish quality was amazing but whats even greater was how well the sushi was cut and the perfect amount of rice. The maki rolls are also full of flavour. I would say its one of the best quality of sushi Ive had in a while. Price is very economical for the quality of food. Their tempura was also great. Service was also superb. Store got a little busier after we sat down. Food came out in great time but I think the owner or one of the workers came and apologized for the delay and offered us free drinks which we had to decline as the wait was not long at all. But we appreciate the great customer service and thought.

The Gozen Sushi restaurant is one of the most superb and coziest restaurants I have visited along all my life. If you are looking for a familiar environment place, with a cozy and warm atmosphere, this is the restaurant you are looking for. And once here you will taste the best Japanese and Korean cuisine, with elegantly crispy, torched and fresh pieces of several amazing creations made by the remarkable cooks.And I take this advantage to pay the server Ellie a very special compliment. Because she is a young and extremely restless and committed associate who always assist all customers at their tables with passionate spirit and incredible intrepidity.The server Melly also deserves a beautiful compliment for being a passionate and enthusiast professional in the performance of her work as well.The servers never stop for one second, and always keep worried of all of us (client) only to provide a service with extreme excellence.Hence this is definitely one of the best oriental restaurants that life allowed me to visit and taste its amazing cuisine.And, Soyoung she is a remarkable professional that is always performing her work with great ability, commitment and dedication to the clients and her team, as well.
