Emailed ahead for a coat on the website. Very helpful and offered to hold the last one they had in stock. I will come here now to shop for all Carhartt clothing. The biggest Carhartt selection out of any store I've visited. I'm a Canadian shopper and will be back.

The woman I spoke with absolutely refused to give me a quote on a simple 12x16 foot canvas with out pictures and this that and all kinds of other run around simply wanted a custom canvas made apparently their name is misleadingalso want to add I expressed that I didn't need install or anything along those lines just a canvasIn response to the reply I asked to speak with a sales person to give all the details needed pictures of the project are irrelevant I wanted to hear options of available materials then the price for the size I needed it's actually a super simple process I spoke with a competitor who had no issues going over options!

This is how I got my canopy back after it was in storage, terrible! It had a little dirt on it when it was taken down but got much worse in storage with mold etc. custom covers and canopy obviously doesn’t have good storage facilities. I’ve recommended them many times but not any more.

Went to the Carhartt store there and picked up a jacket, t-shirt with pocket, and a new belt. You pay for what you get, prices aren't bad for how long everything holds up. My last jacket from there is probably 10 years old and was still holding up with a little wear on the cuff of the sleeves. Great work wear or for every day dress.

We had our custom canvases installed this weekend and are absolutely thrilled with the quality and beauty of this product. The shades have added privacy and protection from both sun and rain and I'm sure will extend the use of our patio well into fall. The installation team was professional and timely. They obviously were experts in the field! Our friends and family are over the top" in regards to the style that these shades have added to our home. I had a problem with dirt and mold on my awning panels, Chris personally made sure that they were cleaned and repaired to my satisfaction. The panels look brand new! Custom Covers & Canvas have always been prompt and efficient with their awning set up and take down service. Thank you Chris

By far the absolute worst business in customer service! The employee and management staff do not communicate with each other. Over the last 5 years of having the awning I have been given the run around from install, take down, and cleaning. My husband and I have finally given up and removed the awning. It is not worth the constant headache of broken promises and miscommunication. Lastly I was charged $65.00 for a delivery fee that was never communicated to me. Keep in mind I spoke directly to the secretary and manager of the delivery team not once, but twice. The products are great, but the frustration of dealing with the staff is not worth it.
