We, my partner and I, are new to Hanover. We came from the west coast where there are handfuls of really fantastic printing businesses that helped us print our booklets to standards that were almost perfect for us (some mess ups here and there). Reliance Printing is better for us, still with a couple kinks, which I believe we've worked out. Chyrille, Paul, Andy, and Chantel have all been very welcoming to us in the store and helpful with producing our Moon Mandala Menstrual Calendars. Hundreds of them. Their process was clear regarding receiving the digital files, making small adjustments (which Paul did for us, THANKS!), creating a proof , edits, proof 2.0, and printing the whole load. He shared how much costs would be up front, which was really important to us, and matched his quote perfectly. Their communication in person and over email is really great, which helped us with the planning of our launch time of our product. And the product they produced is vibrant in colour and exceptional in quality. We're really happy with the outcome!I have lots of good things to say and will be coming back for more projects.For the bumps that we had, Paul was open to hearing about them and we worked together to solve those issues so that we all spent less time re-doing certain tasks and saved more time and money.Thanks to the whole team.- ilana & Paulps.
