Vital Mobility Medical Supplies

I am a live-in family caregiver and my Mother needed a new hospital bed. Since I had purchased various products from Vital Mobility in the past I decided to purchase her new bed from them because of their wide selection, pricing, user friendly website and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Vital Mobility to any caregiver or individual looking for mobility aides and devices.

Excellent customer service. I first chat with Ligia over the phone, she was very helpful , sent me all the information without any delay.The other day, I visit the Toronto store & met Carolina. She was very patience, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would like to express my appreciation to Carolina for all her effort re-placing a special order for me and I am totally satisfy with her service. I have no hesitation to recommend Vital Mobility to anyone.

We had a great experience with Vital Mobility. We had to purchase a number of items for a famiy member and needed an education regarding the various pieces of equipment. Everything went smoothly and very efficiently. I highly recommend Vital Mobility - staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful !

i bought a nexus walker from Bruno. what a great guy adjusted the height right there. at this point i was using mt broken walker. Bruno helped me load it into my jeep. i went to work and noticed my brake wasn't working. I called vital left message.Carolina called me back first thing told me to expect a technician to call me so we could try to trouble shoot the problem over the phone.We couldn't. he came by and the walker had a broken piece. Eddy called back to order the part. Carolina suggested to get the part from the store instead of me waiting. Eddy took my walker fixed brought it back promtly. great communication between them and me. i was kept in the loop at all times.

I bought a VitalFlex Low Homecare Bed in May from the Vital Mobility Toronto store. Vital Mobility has a wide selection of home hospital beds and detailed information of the products. Lydia at the Vital Mobility Toronto store was helpful and provided useful information. The bed was delivered on time and the service personnel who did the delivery and installation were polite and shown great care.

Called the shop earlier ( Vital Mobility )in the week to see if at the very least we could test drive a heavy duty mobility scooter, the young lady ( Lydia ) said come on down, we had a two day delay and finally got there today, what awesome service, she let my brother who suffers from osteoporosis test drive the scooter, she even allowed him to take it onto the parking lot where there was a ramp and bumps, he felt the difference immediately as we proceeded to purchase the model he really wanted, Wrangler 2… she took our order, they will put it together, place battery in, make sure it is up and running and deliver right to his door….how fantastic…when it came down to paying we ran into a glitch and Lydia was patience and thoughtful while we called the bank to move some money, shout out to Scotia bank, we got back up to the counter and all went smooth as silk, Lydia, again thank you for your kindness and time ( it was really busy in there ) this is what customer service is all about and she rocked it!!! She explained that they do service, repair really a one stop shopping spot for all your mobility needs! Again a huge thank you for the service, you made it quick and painless…

Don' t even try them.I ordered a long Aircast boot by expedited shipment, and I received a short aircast with delay. They say because we don't have long one in stock we sent the short cast boot.While there is 50 dollars difference between them.Very disappointing experience.Be very careful with your shopping.

Your outstanding service has restored our faith in the “service industry “. Your 85 year old client was beyond happy with her lite rider and your service team. Thank you for making her transition easier than she expected.

Eddie responded to the call regarding a problem with an air mattress that did not inflate properly, causing much discomfort and hampering the work of the PSWs. He arrived exactly at the promised time and was able to identify the source of the problem in short order. What impressed me was Eddie's willingness to explain the inner workings of the mattress and how they functioned. Who knew the control panel had a filter that needed to be cleaned? Thanks to Eddie, I now know.. He was able to improvise a repair to the broken part and tested it thoroughly to ensure it would hold up. Before leaving, he also instructed me on how to calibrate the panel for maximum comfort. It is not often one encounters a technician so friendly and willing to share his knowledge with a client. Thank you, Eddie!

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Fast and easy transaction. Staff was very helpful in assisting me, even carried some of my purchase to my car for me.
