I applied for a job there. I went with another employee on 2 short deliveries to show me how they do things that took an hour. I have previous experience in this field. The employee did not explain anything to me....nothing at all. It was not hard by any means. I asked a couple of questions and that was it. I was supposed to call the manager back to let him know if I was interested in the position after I was shown what to do. I called when I got home and said I was interested in the position....the employee who took me out said I was not a good candidate for the company!!

Delivery of an important envelope wasn't received. They claim it was left at my front door although there's nowhere to leave it other than on the ground in front of the door. No attempt to call me either although I was home the entire time.I tried calling United. They said a supervisor was going to call me right back. That never happened so now I'm leaving a review. Any company that doesn't have a protocol should not be trusted to deliver something important.

Our production company has been using United for many years, on a weekly basis for 'IN TOWN' shipping of sensitive sound, lighting and video equipment... live events and shows! For larger or logistically complicated orders, probably best speak to a manager. I deal with Tim... he's like an extension of my team and has never failed me yet.Highlights: Competitive Rates, On time, Drivers are hands on, helpful, accommodating professional, and great to deal with, reflective vests, safety boots etc. Cube Trucks and 5 Tons are in great shape and equipped for the job ie: Tailgate Lifts, Loading Straps and/or load bars, Traffic Cones, dolly's & pallet pump trucks.Ryan -Project Manager
