Thompson's Restoration Fire and Water

Absolutely appalled by the service given by you guys. I moved into and apartment that was supposedly professionally cleaned by this business Before we moved in. As soon as we moved in I got extremely and ended up having to go to the hospital multiple times for respiratory illness. After 2 months of being sick we finally got an inkling maybe it was the place. We moved the bed upstairs and I instantly started getting better. Once we figured out that it was the downstairs, the same room thatt had been cleaned for mold before I called the landlord and the next day they had a service person come out who's name was Velvet. She came through and put her little meter on the walls but assured me she didn't get a reading higher than 4.3, and it had to be a 10 to be worrisome. I showed her a vanity in the down stairs bathroom and she agreed it might need replacing but again insisted everything else was fine and made me feel like I was worrying about nothing so after she left i felt a little better and figured the vanity would be a quick fix and that would be it. Come 3 days later I'm getting an eviction notice because of the amount of mold i was so reassured was not there. Absolutely bullcrap and I was essentially lied to my face.

Thompson's was amazing! Our disaster was handled professionally from start to finish. Our place looks better than it did before the flood. Each member of the Thompson's crew was helpful and full of expert information. They took much of the pain out of a terrible situation and were extremely responsive to every call and request, even after he claim was closed.

Thompson's has cleaned my carpets, rugs and furniture for over 20 years and have always done a fantastic job. They are here on time and are friendly and professional. I have always been happy with their services.

Excellent work! They had my living room hallway Bedroom and front entrance done in about an hour!! Will definitely be using them on a regular basis to keep the carpets clean!!! Very friendly staff as well!

This is a very professional and skilled team that came to our home within the hour to take care of a blown water system in our basement. They were so friendly and helpful and took care of our situation immediately. We highly recommend them and will call them again if ever needed!

They did an excellent job on the carpets. They were really dirty and they look like new! I was very impressed by the end product and the care in getting the job done in a timely manner even though there were a couple of unexpected hiccups. I am absolutely thrilled with the prompt and efficient service we received from Velvet and the entire Thompson's crew. Last Tuesday we discovered water cascading through the ceiling of our retail space; the upstairs tenants had failed to secure a washing machine drain hose, causing the washer's contents to drain through their floor and our ceiling. Velvet and crew were on site within three hours, discussed what the repairs would entail and agreed that it would be acceptable to wait until the end of the holiday weekend (the busiest of the year for shoppers) before beginning mitigation. We were prepared for the worst, and were overjoyed when we learned that the work Thompson's did Monday and Tuesday removed all of the wet materials and allowed the area to dry naturally. I had to close for just one day, not the week we had prepared for.Velvet and every member of the crew was pleasant, efficient and kind, and worked out a solution that appeased a panicked tenant, a building owner who was out of the country at the time, and me, the injured party - I assure you that this was no small thing. They are honest, and fair, and put all of us involved at ease. While I hope to never need their services again, I would absolutely use their services again, and will wholeheartedly recommend them to my friends and my clients.
