Magay is the best trainer, she understands my goals and help me solve my problems really well. Will continue to work with her and I’d recommend personal training program to the people who stuck and don’t know how to processing forward. It’s really help!

This is a really good gym. I usually go early morning around 10-11am and it’s not crowded. There’s a huge parking lot with plenty of available spots. The gym has all the equipment that you need, that there’s not many times that I had to wait to use anything. There’s a large selection of dumbbells also. The gym is very open and clean and I haven’t seen any broken down machines that sometimes happens. They have a huge cardio section on the first and second floor. The change room is always clean with a lot of lockers and plenty of shower and washroom stalls.

I just started going to the gym 3 weeks ago, and i fell in love with this place. The staff are very friendly, and the people the go here all have positive vibes. This place is quite clean, ive yet to in counter any trash laying around, or something isn't cleaned properly.. There is always staff going around cleaning or putting things back properly. 10/10!

All goodlife locations push personal training. When you sign the contract, they don't explain the contract, duration, total amount, buyout fee, missed classes or anything else. If you try to stop personal training, you're on the hook between $800 to $1100! And even if you you pay the buyout fee, they continue to process biweekly payments from your account. You can call their 1-800 number, talk to the fitness manager(total idiot), they make so mad, they're heartless! This is ripoff, a scam and outright illegal.

I would recommend this gym to anyone who wants to see a better change in themselves. The staff are so supportive and help create a friendly atmosphere that is welcoming. Sierra, thank you for your help. It is so humbling to see a GM care so much for the customers and their benefit!

I’ve been going here for 8 months and it’s been great. The is lots of equipment and it is always in good condition or its fixed pretty fast. The staff are friendly.I will say though, I only go between 10am and 2pm on weekdays. It’s relatively dead at those times and you’ll always get the equipment you planned to use. If you go past 5pm weekdays or anytime on the weekend, good luck. Be prepared to improvise your plan.

A really bad experience. I wanted to cancel the subscription because I moved to another city and did not have enough time to go to the gym. They forced me to pay two months because the cancellation laws require you to report two months in advance, and I do not know that, and the registration officer did not tell me that.

I got a monthly pass starting June 8 from this location, this is due to the proximity of the place I stayed in. I am a GYM addict, with cardio & resistance workout daily routine. All I saw in here are extremely great , with so friendly staff , multiple machines in very good shape, clean locker-room and showers , hygienic work space . I enjoyed every hour I spent there ,also I met lots of nice peers.I do thank the management for such great work, special thanks to Abeer, she’s the one who signed me in and showed me around, Rachelle , great smile to start your day with ( I hope I spelled the name correctly) , Rasha and Miranda my spinning class instructors , both are really tough if you are after a serious cardio workout . Actually many thanks to all the staff and hope to see you soon .Kind Regards

My recent visit to Goodlife Fitness (June 12th, 530 pm) in hopes of becoming a member ended in utter disappointment due to shockingly poor customer service. The staff member I dealt with, (identifiable by his ponytail and nose stud, didn’t get his name) demonstrated an utter lack of professionalism and had such a bad attitude.The conversation about membership pricing ended abruptly providing no real options. When I had to specifically ask to see the gym, I was allowed in but offered no formal tour or information about the facilities. It was more of a cursory glance than an exploration of the gym. He basically didn’t show me anything and just kept mum next to me.Upon inquiring about the upstairs area, I received a curt response of “group classes”, again showing his disinterest in providing a comprehensive introduction. To make it worse was his attitude when I asked about a trial session. His response of “ONLY one day” was delivered in a manner suggesting I was some parasite looking to freeload.His demeanor was blatantly unprofessional, no real eye contact, and his disregard for potential customers is a disservice to the Goodlife brand. Now, he may very well be an accomplished weightlifter or a fitness model. But let’s be clear, Goodlife, a gym full of Mr. Universes won’t help your business if they treat potential customers as inconveniences.So thank you, Goodlife Fitness, for showing me what I wasn’t missing. I’ve opted to return to my humble local community center gym where respect is given.

Workers are unclear of rules & leaves clients confused . I wasn’t able to bring a guest (paid) even though I was previously able to. Front desk staff was very unhelpful & dismissive! If there are rules the should be enforced all the time or not at all!
