Very inconsiderate company, made me wait 5 days and still no call back for parts required.Last week I called to order a part for my bucket attachment. Was told they would have to get back to me with a price. Waited until next day, as I did not hear back from the parts counter. As being a contractor I needed the part ASAP. When I called back for a second time, I was told they would get on it right away and get back to me with a price. I explained the urgency for the part. Here it is know 5 days later and still no call back.Obviously I will not deal with this company again; this is my second machine needing parts from John Deere, Case favourite prior, great service from Case/ Hub International in Lindsay always prompt and courteous.

Went in to pick up a few things. They had what I was after. The only thing is they are a little pricey.

Robbie is service/sales was awesome, found me industrial processing chains that nobody else in Canada could, THANKS, give him a much deserved raise!!!!!!!!!!
