i have cavities and i felt like staff were shaming me for the condition of my mouth. The hygienist was nice but extremely rough with my mouth to the point where i was in tears spitting blood out at the end . Im currently searching for a new dentist, i wouldn't recommend this place.

They sent my sister to hospital E.RWe didn't want to come here after seeing the bad reviews but did anyway since it was close to home. My sister had a tooth ache and after the treatment by this clinic had to get rushed and admitted to hospital emergency. Go anywhere but here.

Yesterday i had the worst customer service by the recieptionist and than she was back up by the owner.we have been going me and wife and 4 kids and i refers many of my customers and friends to this dentist for the past 10 years because my work is in the same plaza and the dentist Dr:Lahiji he is very good dentist. For 2 weeks my wife she was told that she has 6 cavities and need 2 wisdom teeth to be taken off. And she like to have her current bridge to be replaced. The receptionist her name is april i always try to avoid her because she is very rode. She quoted total price $3,500.00 i offered on behalf of my wife $3,000.00 at first it was refused. After 2 weeks i offered $3,200.00 which it was yesterday Friday march 22 -19 at 11am i asked the receptionist to ask the owner if they can accept she told me that she will call me afternoon for the answer until 2pm i had to call them back to follow up again i was told wait 1 hour for the answer and finally she called me and unfortunately again the refused $3,200.00 and while having frustration and trying to tell them that this is what we can afford we have no insurance its a lot of money the problem is my wife dose not want to change her dentist other wise i can get same job done for less. It was declined and i was accused by having my voice load this is over the phone thanks god other wise it could of be escalated even higher situation so i went to the dentist west in person hoping to have a minute with the owner, as soon as i entered they saw me the female owner and the receptionist start laughing but i proceed with my request to the owner to have a minute to explain what happen it was disaster the owner just like a boom exploded in my face and screaming telling me yes the receptionist run our business and she is the owner. I would never go back and do not recommend this place to any one and if i could take the 1 star i gave them i would give them zero star.Jb salon +spa2520 finch ave west

I would like to recommend Dr Roya Aminnezhad to whoever seeking to get optimum care for their teeth.Her skills to deliver the work you need are outstanding. I have been seeing Roya as my dentist for 6 years and each and every time I leave the office with max satisfaction.

It is interesting to tell you that I live about 70 km away but her top-notch work and great customer service has kept my whole family loyal to her. The office, the equipment and all devices are always clean and sanitized. Her staff are also polite and everyone practices all sorts of health and safety and precautionary measures.
