PURAIR was very easy and professional to deal with. I got an appointment on the day I wanted and Isaac called prior to let me know when he would arrive. The whole process took just over 2 hours and the house was left clean with everything in place. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Great service, very polite and respectful of my home. Explained what was happening and answered all my questions. Didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need.

Serge and his team were great and very friendly. They called 20mins before to let us know they would be arriving. When they arrived they explained everything they will be doing to bring clean air into our home. The process was smooth and as a result they tested the air before they left and it was perfect. I will definitely be calling them again to come clean our ducts and vents.

Serge and James did a great job cleaning our house ducts and dryer vents. They were friendly, on time (early actually), explained their duct cleaning process and their pricing before beginning any work. The job went smoothly and everything is nice and clean. Would recommend this company!

Recently purchased a new to us home and decided to set a baseline by having the ducts cleaned. Our service tech Kevin D. was nothing short of amazing to work with. Such a professional, respectful, kind, calm and informative gentleman. He was right on time and made sure to call well before the arrival time and even followed up after the service and even wrote an amazing post card which was mailed out to me to wish me a great summer. I wish more technicians at other companies were like Kevin! If you’re on the fence about dealing with Modern PURAIR for any of your HVAC systems upkeep don’t think twice and just call them, maybe even ask for Kevin D!

Worked with the team to get the ducts and vents cleaned at our new home. They were timely with their service, called ahead behind getting here, made recommendations for services but were not salesy. Would definitely recommend these guys any day over the bigger name companies that are out there.

Serge and Isaac did a great job cleaning our duct work. We had smoke and soot throughout our system due to a fire and they have made a big difference to the air quality in our home. The fast response, and thorough job done is greatly appreciated.

Had to reach out to reschedule twice, each technician that came had said something different. One came and said he would need to charge extra for attic and he would also require support from another technician which would need to be paid for. He came by himself that time and we had to get it rescheduled. I spoke to someone from the office to get the appointment rescheduled and they sent another technician in by himself again and he said he would require support from an additional technician which he said would not require me to pay any additional and that he would leave a note on file. Contacted the office once again and did not hear back for another 2-3 weeks and when we finally spoke, they would not honor the prices that their technician had guaranteed.
