Kris Young is the most caring vet we’ve ever had. He is detailed and open in all his communications with us. We trust him with both our Tollers.

The professionalism and empathy exhibited by Chris when I was given bad news about my dog was unbelievable. Chris talked me through the diagnosis and plans moving forward for the care of my dog. Chris was able to walk me through my sadness from the news with empathy. Forever grateful for that at a time of need.

Parkhill Animal Hospital is hands down the most caring and loving vet. I just recently moved out here with my 4 dogs and I have been having a really hard time finding a vet that I trust. When I called Parkhill vet, not being a client of theirs I was treated like I was already part of their family. The wonderful lady (Deb) who answered the phone was way more than helpful and helped guide me in the right direction immediately after speaking to her.I have had my dog spayed by Dr. Kris Young and the entire process from drop off to pickup was amazing. They had a kennel heated for my little 6 lb girl, and were there to welcome her with love bright and early in the morning prior to her surgery.I had to bring Emilia for a checkup 5 days after her surgery and she was RUNNING for the door. I have never seen her more excited to see anyone. She ran into the office and pretty much pulled her way behind the reception desk to greet everyone. She wasn’t afraid to go back into the office after her last visit being her spay.They treated my dog as if it was their own and she absolutely loves visits to Parkhill vet, even after her spay surgery she still enjoys seeing the staff and doctors. She had an amazing experience with the staff and Dr. Young during her surgery. This team is absolutely amazing and I wouldn’t bring my dogs anywhere else! We have found our forever vet. I’ve been taking my two Manchester terriers to Dr Young since October 2022. Dr Young is very knowledgeable, patient and caring. Both my dogs are very relaxed and even wag their tails when Dr Young walks into the patient room. His vet technicians and front staff are awesome. I highly recommend Parkhill animal hospital. As all veterinary services have increased over the years, I find his fees fair.

Dr. Kris Young is very knowledgeable. During COVID he would come to the car and explain concerns with our dogs or phone me to discuss things. Recently I took my dog in for an medical issue and she was shaking when we entered the building. Finally I was able to watch him with our dog & she wagged her tail when she saw him and stopped shaking. I was happy to see that she trusted him. The staff is very professional & kind. Always smiling & good with our dogs. I highly recommend Dr. Young and his team.

I recently had to have my little chihuahua, Princess Di put to sleep. Dr. Kris Young was kind and reassuring. The ladies at the front desk were so good to me. The whole experience was peaceful for little Di. It was perfect. She snuggled in my arms and melted off to sleep. She was ready and happy in her journey. Thank you Dr Kris for making a difficult decision an easy one. ❤

Moxie and I thank all the staff. She was well taken care of getting spayed and all her shots. Everyone were super careful with stringent COVID protocol.
