I love Dairy Queen's ice cream quality. It's thick, rich and smooth! Came in and tried the new Spring Treat Collection, Fruity Blast in a cup ($5.63 after tax). The flavour reminds me of Fruit Loops, wasn't a fan personally. Despite this flavour being a miss, all their other ice creams are pretty good. This location serves food too, not just ice cream. Also has drive through as well. Staff were nice and helpful.

They ran out of caramel when we went there, but the person behind the counter made a concoction that was so good, we didn't need the caramel.Great location!!

I have to say I’m super disappointed. We arrived 10 minutes before 11 on a Sunday and the door was closed. We urged them to open the door as all we wanted was to buy a cake, but they wouldn’t open the door. 10 minutes before closing. Definitely would not recommend this location. Management needs to either intervene and think from the customer’s perspective.

Ordered two small blizzards off Uber for my partner and I.Both were entirely missing the mix ins. I'm not sure how this is possible without it being done purposefully .Seriously. Recess blizzard. Not a single piece of a cup. Recess royal blizzard, no cups, no brownie no peanut butter core.If I wanted to pay $15 for vanilla soft serve I would have just gone to the grocery store.Either your staff just doesn't care or you're telling them to skip the expense of producing the product your customers are paying for.For the record. Uber refunded the purchase but it still doesn't feel like enough retribution.Good luck. Get your act together.P.S the hollow templated review responses are doing nothing for your reputation. No real action just shows a lack of actual care .P.S.S the same complaint from four months ago demonstrates that no, you are not getting better.

The short cashier with brown hair was rude. Didn’t listen and screwed up my order then made ME pay for it. We go to DQ at least 2 times a week and it’s 100% safe to say we will never be back at this location.

Got three Blizzards from here and all of them were fine taste wise. However, none were filled cups. The drive-thru took way too long as well. Not even really busy in the drive-thru or the store.

Place is understaffed and a dump!Workers work hard but look miserable. The one person on cash also does the writing on the cakes. Waited 20 minutes to order and received an incomplete order. Customers were frustrated. Washroom should be condemned.

Great way to end the night of jumping down the street at SkyZone.Needed a cool treat and thanks to the DQ there was a $1 Small Dipped Cone offer. It worked on me and we got a snake sized Smarties Blizzard because my son ❤️ SMARTIES!Cone was on par and the Blizzard was the best blended Blizzad I'd ever had. Well done.Four stars only because it's been so long since the last time I went I recall the person was terribly unhelpful in finding a birthday cake. And some of the tables were left messy tonight despite them being empty when we walked in the door.But tonight was great. It was also extremely noisy but we will blame the other people for that.

Ordered a caramel fudge cheesecake from the drive thru. Informed the employee that I have a nut allergy and asked if they could clean the blizzard machine, they said it was no problem. Upon receiving the blizzard, I looked at the pieces of chocolate to see that they were turtles. Now I know dairy queen can't guarantee their products are nut free but to be informed of a nut allergy and then actively put the wrong ingredient into the blizzard that could almost kill me seems a bit much. Employees seemed like they didn't care that they almost killed me and offered a refund for the entire experience. The kicker is that they offered to make another blizzard for me but said they couldn't make the same one as they were out of the ingredients to make the caramel fudge cheesecake. This was 10 minutes after receiving the blizzard so I'm highly doubtful they had the ingredients to make the initial blizzard in the first place. Would absolutely never go here again

Rude, and VERY unsanitary. Ordered a strawberry cheesecake blizzard, and payed for extra cheesecake chunks. Even explained to her exactly what I wanted. When she handed it to me I noticed no chucks on the top whatsoever. I brought it to the car and dug around to see I didn't get even one. Went back in the store to let them know at this point and two of the workers gave me complete attitude as if I was asking to move mountains. so they took it to make another and I noticed when she made it, as she added more chucks, she used her bare hands to press the cheesecake in the cup. Highly unsanitary. Now I won't even bother to eat it and I just wasted 8 bucks.
