WORK N WEAR

I have been coming to this store since their original location at woodbine and Danforth location. Today I asked for my union member discount, like I always get. The tall man behind the counter was unacceptable. Mad because I showed him the price tag was less than what he entered for my Bibs and gloves. Then super mad when I asked for my discount. Gave me my money back and told me he won't sell to me. I ended up paying and leaving but in a world where its easy to order these things online they should do better. He was nothing but rude to the older man working behind the cash with him.if stores like this wanna stay in business they need to have better customer service .

I watched this business grow from a small rented space at the Stouffville Sales Barn/ Flea Market selling knitted gloves to the success story it continues to be today.Simply amazing what a little......I mean a lot of hard work can do!R.i.p. to the wonderful Lady who could negotiate a deal with me and my tightly closed wallet over multiple days on a busy weekend at the market, to sometimes over weeks and checking in with each other, seeing if the other will move towards a deal.She would put up with my amateur negotiating skills, making the sale to me, and always have me thinking me thinking I won.

Ordered the wrong size online and the staff here were great to work with and super helpful reserving me the size I needed. great selection. I wish there was a store on the other side of the GTA!
