Asked for help with a product I wanted to purchase and the employee just pointed at it and left

I went for the first time this week as I needed screens for my pipe and bong.For starters, parking wasn't hard to find.Upon entry I was greated by a lovely young lady who asked me if there was anything she could help me with. I told her I was looking for screens and she showed me glass screens (which I had never used before) and the regular metal ones.I then took time to walk around and ask questions about products and learned that MANY of them are hand made by locals and would LOVE to see pictures with a brief summary of the artist as it makes paying that little bit more for a new bowl etc worth it when you know it was a local who made it.I will certainly be coming back.

Amazing selection of glass along with everything you could ever need, trays cleaning supplies etc.don’t pass up their snack section either with an amazing range of American snacks, your bound to find something interesting here.

I love this shop! Quality glass and lots of wonderful accessories. Slice of heaven in Hamilton.

Decent selection of accessories and essentials . Staff is usually able to help find what you need. Be careful of the knockoffs- example; Moldy Creations water pipes.Besides the knockoffs and cheap over seas glass it is what it is.

Awesome if they don't have it ,it probably doesn't eggsist.

So the last 3 times I’ve shown up there’s a “be back in 5 minutes” sign. This is the 3rd visit in a row I can’t get my cleaner or new glassware. Why open if you aren’t available? I waited a lot longer than 5 minutes last time and now this time I didn’t even both after travelling in the rain… turn your open sign off maybe ?

What can I say the best place in Hamilton to grab all your cannabis needs.. I go there to get a specific brand of incense I love vampire's blood it's organic and ozone friendly and it smells so good!! The staff are always good to deal with and are fairly knowledgeable.

Great glass, chill staff. Lots of good stuff in the store to see.
