Technicians were excellent and kind. However they are administratively lacking. The results of my tests should have been sent to my doctor within two hours but it’s been over 24. Not to mention that they took over 48 hours to actually book the test.

First time there and I had a wonderful experience. All staff were extremely professional and helpful. Stuck to the schedule and the sonographer was very engaging letting me know what she was doing every step of the way. Highly recommended.

Update: I changed my review yet again, this time from 3-stars to 2.5 stars. The call centre and communications in general are the issue, not the medical imaging per se.What am I talking about? Today (9/30/'21). I called Mayfair Diagnostics and spoke to Linda, asking if I could go into any Mayfair Diagnostics office and get my ultrasound report. She told me 'yes'. So, I sent to my closest one (Southland Centre in Calgary).However, upon arriving I observed that the entire mall was closed. So I called back and asked, 'are you sure?' Yes" replied Linda. I proceeded to alert her to the mall being closed due to a power problem. She replied that she had heard about that yesterday

MONEY HUNGRY! I received a requisition for an MRI for my doctor for ongoing groin pain. Due to the length of time it takes to go through Alberta Health, I decided pay the money to get it done privately. I had a inkling when I called to ask how much it was that they would be sneaky because the lady said starting at $730

I went for my first mammogram to this Mayfair location and was pleasantly surprised. I walked in with serious panic and anxiety and the technician was absolutely wonderful. I was called back for further imaging (a breast ultrasound) and, again, this technician was just as wonderful. Completely recommend this branch!
