I’ve had a motherhood session with Tangena of myself and my daughter and the experience and images are something I will cherish forever. I’m not one to love being in front of a camera, but the experience itself was so comfortable and genuine! The photos were even more beautiful than I imagined - highly recommend Tangena for your photography needs!

My first session with Tangena was a boudoir session only a few months postpartum, she immediately made me feel comfortable and the portraits helped me see my body in such a different and beautiful light. Since then we have done a maternity session and a family session that my toddler wanted no part of, so instead she went along with his puddle jumping and we had an absolute blast capturing his personality. Tangena is so kind and friendly that it will make you feel like you’re catching up with a friend you’ve known for ages and her work is incredible, we always look forward to our next session with her!

Tangena saved us when our newborn photo shoot fell through. She was amazing, patient and so good with my baby and toddler. Most importantly (and shockingly) she was the best with my grumpy husband who hates family photos and the price tag that goes with it. We have now used Tangena again and my husband has said we will only use Tangena and he doesn’t care about any cost. The images captured my families personality and were so playful and fun. The moment I found Tangena’s Instagram I was awestruck and absolutely loved the was she composed her images and how she posed her subjects.The day of I was a bit nervous because I don’t usually like pictures of myself, but Tangena made the day a ton of fun, and the photos she delivered after were jaw dropping, and I loved them.

Tangena took engagement photos for us and they turned out so well! She was willing to work with us in order to make our shoot personal and do something unique. We rode our bikes as Tangena took photos of us in locations she scouted out in advance. Lots of thought and planning took place on her part and we are so grateful for that. She was fun and easy to work with. Would 100% work with her again and definitely recommend!
