Far and away one of the best service departments we have had to attend. Late afternoon, short-handed, and taking into account we had a time sensitive load on, Oshawa's service staff went above and beyond the call of duty to put us back on the road as quickly as possible. We simply can't thank them enough for taking care of us the way they did. The service advisor, service tech, and parts staff are some of the best people it has ever been our pleasure to work with.

Jeff is an amazing guy to deal with. He coordinated with me through Google chat when I was broke down and desperate. He came through with everything I needed and even lightened my stressed out mood with some light jokes and kindness. My wife and I have been dealing with a lot of these great staff since the mid 90’s from the Pickering days . The office staff and mechanics have been a key part for my success, keeping me on the road and rolling . With all trucks , having there issues , these Premier staff have been there for me . Just recently, dealing with a large repair , the staff went far and beyond to help me , ordering parts , dealing with issues that came about , and now on the road again . Owning my third Freightliner , and having Oshawa for backup for the product , it’s been a winning combination for my success . Thanks to the front reception , the parts staff , the accounts dept. and the mechanics , you have made me successful in this demanding career. 5 stars for sure . Bought a Western Star 49X through Geoff Greatrix.Best salesman Ive dealt with to date in comparison to Peterbilt, Kenworth and International.He helped me build an amazing truck that replaced a 22 year old truck. I made over 30 changes to the original spec with no complaint.Its hard to find a salesman that cares.
