We dealt with Scott McDougall for purchasing our home. He was very efficient and professional. You could tell that he was definitely working to find us a proper home at a decent price in this trying market, and not pushing for a sale as you can expect from some other agents. Furthermore, Scott’s knowledge of properties and people around the island through years of experience, gave him the unique ability to ask previous owners of the property questions that you may raise when looking at a home here. This can always be a useful tool when buying a home. I would give 10 stars if possible, hands down best real estate agent I’ve dealt with.

My wife and I were moving to the area from Southern Ontario for career opportunities. Not having been to Manitoulin more than twice before, it was difficult to decide what would be appropriate for our family. When Mathieu Page introduced himself to us, right away I felt confident that he could help us. Unlike the pushy salesman type we've dealt with among other realtors, Mathieu's confident yet laid back nature ensured us that he would do what it takes and as long as it takes until we found what we were looking for. He asked the typical questions a realtor would ask, but as our relationship grew we got to talking about my outdoor hobbies of hunting and fishing. Mathieu knew that something more remote with access to water and land to hunt would be ideal. It didn't take long for him to find exactly what we were looking for.
