This being our first build, we had hesitations and no idea as to how the process was going to unfold.From the very first meeting, Justin was very thorough in explaining the process to us and was able to put us at ease. The build went extremely well and most importantly ahead of schedule. We were always kept up to date as to what was happening at the site and what the next steps were going to be.Justin was always just a phone call or a text message away to answer all of our questions, no matter the time of day. It was also very nice to have Deborah help us with all of the design components, and to discuss any ideas we had design-wise.Overall, the team at Justin Bowers Homes was able to make this process as stress free as possible and we are extremely happy about our new home.

Justin and Thatcher are great! 4 years following the construction of our home, we had a flooding incident. Of course this happened during a very busy time in our life, and I became overwhelmed. I immediately phoned Justin and Thatcher and they were not only there to help repair the damage and make a plan but were tremendous emotional supports. They are real people who care, and that's honestly all you can ask for! Thank you SO much guys!!!

Justin Bowers built a home for us. The process of building a home is long and arduous. Justin did his best to help us through this. He has good relations with trades and was able to get us a quality build. Costs were as expected for a new build. There were delays which could be attributed to lack of trades people. We had a winter build which comes with its own challenges. Overall it was a good experience for our first home build. He has built several homes in the New Maryland area and all have great curb appeal.

We moved into our new home January this year and love, love,, love it. We are so pleased with the quality construction and design. Allowing us to have input during the build was wonderful. Working with the designer, Deborah, was fantastic, and, you were always made to feel it was your home with your taste. Justin has a great team of contractors and sub- contractors. You will not find a better project manager than Thatcher Bell.

This company is putting out phenomenal product and service on a daily basis. They recently installed 20 windows for me at a great rate and with little notice. They are also currently working on design plans for a new commercial project where they have already brought a wealth of knowledge and helpful, practical expertise. Timely workmanship, appropriately priced. Can't beat it.
