Madison and the team at New Generation Cabinets were great project collaborations for a Laundry Room millwork package. They installed birch plywood cabinet fronts with 16-ply exposed edges on melamine core cabinets. Modern and functional! Will definitely work with them again on future projects.

We are very impressed with this company! Dan has put together a fantastic team - Ben Fisher, the designer, Bob Tite, the cabinet installer, Laura in the front office, the cabinet builders, right down to the guys who delivered the cabinets. We received friendly and professional service from everyone. The cabinets are of high quality and beautifully constructed.We highly recommend New Generation Cabinets!

As the other reviews have states. Poor customer service at best. Does not return calls even after multiple attempts. Went into the shop and chatted with one of the cabinet makers, Darren, or Dave.. either way they were a bit of a Richard.. but the abbreviated name.... Work might be okay, but how would we know. Used another company. Loved the product.... and we celebrate our new kitchen because of them

Wouldn't return calls. Didn't finish the job. Installed wrong ha4dware. Didn't install hardware for slow close drawers.

New to Penticton and decided on a full kitchen reno. Had no idea where to start as we did not know anyone here. Enquired at New Generation and Ashley looked after us from start to finish. We ended up with EXACTLY what we wanted with Ashely making ongoing recommendations to ensure the kitchen turned out exactly as we envisioned. Everyone we came in contact with through this reno were very professional and easy to talk to.Have since talked to other residents in Penticton that say this company is a Good company with quality cabinets and workmanship.Glad we chose them and would highly recommend Ashley and New Generation to anyone.Thank you again Ashley!

I live around the corner. I am handicapped and visibly disabled as I am on a cane, my partner is more physically handicapped than I (and far more visibly so).During peachfest weekend I had my brother-in-law drop the two (my partner and I) at the bottom of the hill before parking his car at our condo at which point my sister and him could come back to meet us at the park. Apparently it's a family and friends lot only during Peachfest, as it was packed full of cars with barely any turn around room.We had barely pulled into the lot before being screamed at by a woman claiming to own the business telling us we couldn't stop there. When we told her what we were doing, she not only said we could have done so if we asked (opportunity not given) and stated we didn't look handicapped.My placard was hanging from the car rearview at the time (technically shouldn't be there while driving, but it was) and a lot of folks around town know my partner and I, because of our highly recognizable physical handicaps.After this I did get upset, and regret returning some cusses back in their direction, this was some of the most digusting and abhorrent behaviour I have ever openly seen from a business.PS. I was two weeks from calling for a quote.
