Very no frills place but fast service! Booths are quite comfortable. Ordered a fatoush salad with chicken (chicken had ok flavour but was moist) and a mixed grill platter. The mixed grill platter had much better meat (chicken and beef kabobs) in terms of flavour.

Horrible service! They couldn’t seem to get our food right no matter how many times I told them what I wanted. My friend asked for no pita in the salad and she got it with pita. She cannot eat bread products due to her dietary restrictions. I asked for a fattoush salad platter with chicken and hot sauce. I asked for them to hold the pita as well. They brought me a giant salad on a platter with no chicken. I ate some of it but no chicken came. I went up to the counter and asked for the rest of my meal. I said I would take a container for the salad as it’s too big to eat all at once. He said he was preparing the rest of the meal. I went and sat down and 10 other people came and went with their food yet I still didn’t have my chicken nor hummus or any other sides. I went back up to the counter and he was putting the food in a take out container and into a plastic bag. I just took it to the table where we were trying to eat our lunch. I opened the bag and took the food out. There was only pita and chicken and garlic sauce and hot sauce. There was no hummus or falafel which was supposed to be part of the meal. At that point I gave up and packed what I was given and we left. I will 100% never ever return to that location. The one on concession and on king st are fantastic but this was pathetic. I would’ve liked to get my money back as I never got what I ordered even after repeatedly going to get it straightened out myself.

I brought my student here for lunch and the staff were friendly. I had a beef shawarma plate that cost 25 dollars. I found the beef tough and the pitas stale. The garlic sauce is very runny, not thick like it should be. The pickled turnips had a funny taste to them. I do not eat out often but I expect some quality. I would not order the plate but would might try a sandwich if Go Tango was closed.

I absolutely love La Luna. Your food is always so fresh and tasty and your customer service is always top notch. However today was absolutely exceptional customer service. The lovely lady with the friendly and fun personality made our afternoon even brighter. Kudos.

Best service ever I am a regular there and they already know my order without me needing to say anything! Talk about excellent customer service. The young lady is always so sweet and greets me with a smile every time and the chefs are always so sweet and make the best labanese food! Amazing!
