I’ve bought lights here before for my first home and had the best experience with the lady who was helping ! I honestly wish I could remember her name. I’m not one to write reviews but, I had the worst experience this time with Gina and would hope that no one would ever experience what I had to go through. She was very rude, and I felt very uncomfortable and not welcomed. This is not how a customer should feel. I will not go into detail, but I will never be back.

What a wonderful store. Pleasantly suprised . So much to choose from. In fact too much to choose from . The SalesStaff we're not pushy and asked me numerous times if I needed help or had questions. They made my decision easy and I purchased a beautiful fixture for my dining room. Thank you Gina and Stella. I will be back for more.

Good selection, good prices, but not a lot of stock on site (had to wait a week for it to come from another warehouse, which is not too long).I would give them 4 starts but the staff is pretty rude. They were dismissive and short with me. Treated me like garbage on the phone when I was trying to clarify the colour of the lamp I was buying.

I am surprised at the poor reviews I see here. We received excellent service from Shelly who listened to what we wanted and immediately led us to a number of appropriate fixtures.The store has one of the most extensive displays of lighting I've seen and that helps in making choices.

I really interested with lights they are selling, but I don’t want to say a word with the older lady at front desk. She is so mean. She thought I cannot afford these lights, and she doesn’t want to spend a second with me. For real, It’s a big challenge for my mood management. I have to go find same lights at Toronto, I don’t want to see this lady in my rest life. By the way, I got really good experience with Don’s lighthouse, they’re so kind and patient.

Have had good luck here. Had purchased our whole home lighting a few years back and since then, some lamps, and various parts, odd bulb types. Always good experiences. Most of the bad reviews appear to be from a few years back. Hoping they straightened out their odd employee issues. Friendly customer service is such a basic need and should be easy to fix.

Ignorant and bitter staff. They are awful. There are other places to shop instead in the area with courteous staff and a great selection such as Don’s Lighthouse.

Absolutely ignorant staff. My husband and I stopped in here to look for lighting for above our dining table, we looked through the entire store and asked for help only once, a lady who looked annoyed turned a light on for us. We then had discussions and made a decision on a light. We approached the counter to finalize the purchase and stood there for over 5 minutes without being helped. There were 4 employees standing there and not a single one of them approached us to help. Someone entered the store and one of the women approached the counter looked right passed us to greet the other patrons and proceeded to ignore us standing there. We finally looked at each other and said lets get out of here. They were too busy gossiping and drinking their coffee to make a sale. We will never be back and we do not recommend this place.

By far the WORST customer service I have EVER had. I will NEVER shop here again or refer anyone to their store. I purchased a bathroom vanity light which had a broken globe and they refuse to exchange or replace the globe. I have had to chase them down in order to speak with anyone at the store and here we are 3 months later and I still have 1 missing globe on my bathroom vanity light. I have even emailed the owner of the store a week ago and he has not responded to me at this point. They obviously don't care about customer service and have no intention of backing their suppliers or manufacturers. I DONT RECOMMEND USING THIS STORE for your lighting & home décor needs.

Wow!!! As a retailer owner myself this place is awesome! Great service, massive selection and great prices!
