I was introduced to Lucia through my better half. After having our Cruise cancelled yet again we decided to go all inclusive to Mexico. With the assistance of Lucia's help we were totally informed. Lucia went above to help us even at 10 pm in the evening. Lucia was amazing and extremely necessary in helping us to plan our COVID -19 honeymoon! Not only was she always available, she was fast paced, personable and really took care of each and every little detail. She also used her extensive first hand knowledge, experience and contacts to problem solve and ease our troubled minds whenever there was another new COVID barrier we had to figure out how to get around. Not to mention she did so with complete patience, understanding and light-heartedness, which is exactly what we needed. There is no way that we would have been able to have this honeymoon if it wasn't for Lucia. Thank you Lucia, you made our honeymoon and the best time of our lives possible!

For traveling over the boarder for the first time lucia made it very simple and easy for us even through covid complications. She told us what we needed, what she recommended and what are options were. Took care of the heavy lifitng and made the trip as smooth as possible. Much appreciated, highly recommend!

I want to thank Lucia for such a perfect vacation to Punta Cana we had no issues, everything was smooth and easy. She had all documents ready for us and made sure we had all the apps we needed to travel. She helped us with any other forms if needed for our vacation. Even through out our stay if we had any questions she was still in reach to message. Definitely 5 stars recommend to book with her for any trip!
