Once visited the store 10m before closing time, I just want to ask a simple question about a promotion was going on, and I felt that they were about to kick me out from the store, so I did not bother and leave, understanding that it is the end of maybe hectic day for them.Today I visited the store @7pm, 1 hour before closing time, there was no single customer there, when I met the only associate, I had even worst experience than I got before, I was not welcomed, I asked him if I can pull a chair to sit on after starting the conversation standing, I felt that I interrupted him from a very important task he was supposedly doing, and most importantly I got no single useful information nor advise whatsoever, I was almost bagging him to give me the info by telling him what I know then he either agreed or not.Useless store, untrained staff with negative attitude, lack of customer respect and willingness to help, I don’t know maybe it’s mater of luck but the other reviews showing the same opinions.

Didn't go into the store with the intention of leaving a bad review - I never want to be that person, but the experience I had left me shocked. I dealt with Mike, the store manager recently and he was rude and didn't even act like he wanted to help me at all. I get that everyone has off days but I left not buying a phone and feeling disappointed and talked down to. I wouldn't recommend this location.

Was there about a month or so ago to trade in our phones as our contract was up. They were friendly and kind and told us that the plan we were getting was the best deal. they ensured us that they had switched our plans over. we’re having wifi problems and had to contact a rogers rep she informed us that they had not actually changed our plans and we have been paying our old phone plan not the current one. Considering we were at the store for over an hour and under the impression that we were paying for more data it’s ridiculous that the plans were never updated. The phone rep was able to give us a way better deal and she even admitted how horrible this situation was.

Manager Joel - Next time you want to talk badly about a customer, who is not only activating a new cellphone but also switching their internet to Rogers too, make sure that customer can’t hear you. “I can do it manually, I don’t want to waste anymore time on her”My wife has had to go back to your store 4 times after one of your team members said they couldn’t activate our new line and internet because of a suspected fraud using her name.We called in to the number that team member gave us, he was incorrect with his assumption, it was easily fixed by the agent on the phone.Maybe you should waste some of your own time and learn how to handle issues with some tact and respect.I’m going to waste some more of my time and make sure this gets escalated.

I visited this Rogers store in the beginning of November to do an upgrade to an iPhone 12. From the beginning, I was blown away by how professional the experience was. We were greeted at the door and were seated a safe 6 feet away from Skyler, our representative. We knew what we were going in for, but we had no idea how positive the experience would be.Skyler was professional but he also knew when to throw in some perfectly-timed jokes. He had both me and my friend laughing multiple times throughout the transaction. He was easy to talk to, incredibly knowledgeable and it was clear that he had our best interests in mind. If you are within a 30 minute drive of this location, I’d highly recommend making the trip to this store and seeing Skyler to do your upgrade or activation.

My cell-phone decided it didn't want to turn on anymore yesterday. I wanted to see if maybe I could get someone to take a look at it or help me out with getting it repaired, but whoever I interacted with didn't seem all too interested in that. Instead of attempting to help me when I addressed I was there because I was having problems with it turning on, he immediately suggested I try one of the cell repair places in the mall, and that they have no one that can look at the phone. I then said verbatim You guys are my cell-phone provider

Went in to get a new phone and plan. The employee begrudgingly put down his book that he was reading, told me he couldn't move my account and couldn't help me (which I was able to solve for him, and I don't work there ...). After telling me he was creating a new account under my name, he instead just added me to a family members account, obligating the wrong person for the cost of the phone ............... Def do not go here
