Ross' Services - Towing Impound Facility

People that work there they are so racist and the lady who works there, she have bad customer and they kick me out of the property because I was just coming to get my stuff out from the car. I didn’t like their service. I moved the car at the same day

We had a broken down camping trailer and Dave the tow truck driver came to our rescue. He arrived in good time, he was very good at resolving the issue of our trailer laying on the ground. He spoke kindly with my wife, children and mother-in-law and was very courteous.In general… GREAT service from everyone involved!

These guys really pulled through for me when I was stranded over 2 hrs on the side of the 403 waiting on warranty roadside" to figure life out. Always will Ross Towing be my first call. ❤️ Thanks guys"

I got hit by one of Ross’ trucks on my way home from work. I have no issue with the driver, even though it was his fault, the reason for this post is because after the accident the owner of the company, Mike Ross, came up to me and tried to make it out to be my fault. He did not even ask how I was doing and he was being very rude. A bunch of Ross’ drivers shower up and started helping their own while I was left tending to myself, luckily a guy from 519 towing showed up and started to help me so a big shoutout to 519 towing for taking care of me. Overall, I had a very bad experience with Ross’, their truck hit me, and the owner was extremely rude looking out only for himself.

I had a really good experience about a week ago. Casey towed my car. Clearly knew what he was doing. Didn't mess around. Had my car hooked up and secured in minutes. Very professional. Very polite, and kind, and helpful. Explained the process clearly and precisely.You can tell he likes his job, too. He made a point of telling me how much he enjoys working for Ross's, and how the managent is decent, helpful, and approachable, and that they take good care of their drivers. He didn't really have to tell me that. It was pretty evident.Thanks, Ross's! You helped me in my hour of need. And thank you Casey. You're a rock star.

I don’t even want to give them a star because they do not deserve it. The lady who works in the office is an absolute ignorant, rude human being. She has no respect for you, and will talk down in you the minute you are there. They don’t care about what you have to say, and they will argue with you. The lady just sat there disrespecting me and my S/O and when I asked her to stop, because I felt like I was being disrespected, she told me to “Get out of the building now, I’ll talk to you how I want to”. Meanwhile there’s signs all over the place that states rude people will be asked to leave, then she needs to leave, I think the signs were out there that she people give it back and she can’t take it because she’s just so ignorant. Don’t work customer service if you have no respect towards people. Will NEVER use this towing service ever again.

The people here are rude & uniformed to their own procedures which end up wasting everyones time & not only that but they charged my friend a daily rate even took it as far as to auction off his vehile that was impounded & put him in collections but during the time it was in their lot racking up huge daily fees they refused to release the vechile saying it was not his even with receipt of sale but when they sent out a bill they had no problems calling him without hesitation the owner of the vechile,I don't know about the rest of you but to charge someone for a vechile they won't let you fix the bill &take off their property so as to not to build up further charges or lost to an auction doesn't seem legal

I had to call CAA for assistance 4/16/23 evening! They called Ross Towing London! They were amazing and responded quickly to help get my vehicle and myself home to Sarnia ! The driver was very kind and professional! He reassure me everything was ok! Thank you so much!! I highly recommend them if in that service area!!
