My family and I recently adopted a cat that was being looked after at Global Pet Foods (Franklin) on behalf of Cambridge Humane Society. First of all, I think it’s great that this Global location gives back to the animals by helping CHS house and find homes for them! Secondly, I was really impressed with the help I received from the owner when we came in to pick up our new furry friend! He took the time to help us collect all of our supplies and even offered a discount because we were adopting. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend!

I have been purchasing my dog and cat food at this Global location since they opened. Kim and Paul have been very helpful with their recommendations and also have been able to order in anything that they don't readily have in stock. They have also done some price matching for me.I will highly recommend that you shop here if you are looking for high quality healthy food and a good variety of supplies.

Very helpful , friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dolly and I enjoy our visits to the store and Kim has even helped me with tips training my Pup Dilly. Kim also was a big help with joint issues I had with my Great Pyrenees, who by the way lived to 14 years old. Thank you Global Pet Store staff and Kim for all your help. I look forward to many more years at your store.

Since i rescued Rocco I have been buying his food at this location. He is eating a brand only carried by Global Pet.Super Friendly staff.If they don't have Rocco's food in stock they call me back as soon as they get it.

Easily orders in any hard to find food I need on a regular basis. Lots of natural toys/chewable like gorrila chews or marrow bones to choose from. I like they have a freezer section with the goat milk (with probiotics one of our faves here) and raw food and treat selection. Love those Eco Compostable dog bags they go straight into the green bin.
