Horrible dirty, neglected, slow service, bathrooms dirty, sinks dirty, floors sticky and dirty, toilet seats broken.lounge and counters dirty .I only came here becaus someone gave me a gift card, now I know why i won't be back.Warm fries took 5 mins to make and still had to ask for my pop from my combo.Fail

I went through drive through during a very busy lunch hour. The servicing staff forgot my JBC’s. When I went back they indicated they had tried to catch me before I drove off and then added some free fries to my meal. Everyone was very friendly and apologetic. I can understand how something can be missed at the busiest time of the day. Service was excellent. Thank You!

They're doing their best. This location can get very busy at lunch hour. However, the food is fresh and pretty quick. Haven't had a flat soft drink yet!

Fastest drive thru service in the city hand down. The food is always hot and fresh and they always are handing food out the window as soon as we get there. Much faster than the 8th street location. 5 stars every time.

I wish I got her name but I went through the drive thru and the lady was the nicest person ever and talked to me for a minute or two (no one behind me) and I left smiling she was amazing!

I love getting the southwest avocado salad but I wish the vegetables were cold. It feels and taste like I’m eating salad that’s been sitting in room temperature for hours. Taste is good overall but the warm veggies ruin it
