The women that work in the office are uneducated and rude. If they’d do their jobs instead of being lazy people wouldn’t have to go to the media or sue over billing. When someone moves out or in you can not bill for a month before and a month after.If you don’t do your job, Mary, Theresa, Lana, Cindy(apparently was a fake name the office lady gave) Connie(also a fake name one of the office staff gave as to not take ownership), Shelley Morris, Anna, Bev Veaudry, Petra Pond (where did you ge your personality?) Why do these people still have employment? There are lots of people that could do a good job. Oh well I will put our conversations on line for everyone to listen to, also the letter you all received, because it was given personally three times by three different people at the Almonte and Pembroke office, because they knew you’d try to extort more money. So that’s four witnesses the three people plus the sick person who couldn’t physically get to you. You are all sick in the head to do that to a person in such a position. Also sent a lawyer letter to the collection agency you sent it to so they will be after you for fraud as well.

I have better and cheaper hydro than when I lived in Ottawa. It rarely ever has gone out in my location.Online account pages are very outdated, but they work and do what is required.Wish they were more up to date on social media with outages and updates.

Crooks that are out for every peny you have thousands of dollars spent on theese guys for no reason thanks for nothing the only reason their is one star is because I had to hit it to write this

Our client owed about $20 the company is trying to extort $220. That’s all I need to say. I think the billing office is adding some bonuses to their paycheque.

I have lived in 3 provinces and this is the most unreliable power company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

Have tried calling multiple times, when someone finally answered they were curt and rude. I have sent automatic payment with-drawl forms in twice already and am now sitting with an overdue notice because no one filed the paperwork... their website is very outdated and needs to have a function for consumers to set-up automatic with-drawl.

Sent me a letter stating they are shutting off my hydro, no pre phone call, no email, no text, just flat out we are shutting it off. I had paid all my bills on time so I didn't understand why and panicking sent $100 for the 88 that was overdue. Called them today and they said I have a credit of $120 because they sent the notice of disconnection before they even checked if I had paid my April bill so now I've paid twice for a bill. When on the phone women was nothing but ignorant when I tried explaining that you guys never even tried to call me to let me know what was going on so I could've explained l, she swore me up and down they called but I searched my phone record and they never did.

Their office hours are 8-4pm but every time i call between 3-4pm they are closed" and i get put through to the answering service. So frustrating as this is the only time I'm available to call. Must be nice to leave early so frequently! I would love to use the website instead but it's set up so poorly I can never find what I'm looking for..."

Keep calling for phone surveys at night (last was 10:30 by the call log) asking questions completely irrelevant to the average consumer. Power flicks on and off continually, with longer outages semi weekly.
