Walk-In Clinic at Walmart Winnipeg Southdale by Jack Nathan Health

The receptionist was horribly rude and vile. I would love to give the name of the person I spoke to but I am unable to based on the fact they never said it/were not wearing a name tag. You would think they would hire people who have some compassion as the first people you see when coming into the medical clinic. Highly disgusted with the lack of understanding, professionalism and compassion I received from the lady I spoke too. She was unable to give simple answers to questions I asked, and got aggressively rude when I simply said I'm just trying to get information and you're not listening to what I am saying."If I could I would give this place a zero star review. Would not recommend this place to anyone

Heloo every one i want to this clinic very first thing they want me to wear a mask . When i went to Dr office he have a no mask . I twisted my foot at work even he did not see my foot he said you walk into my office that way nothing weong on your foot and i told him to fill the physical form he said you have to fill he is going to sign only. I had a very bad experience with this doctor i am in canada last 14 years i seen this kind of doctor first time even he did nt know how to talk thanks and please try to avoid this doctor if you go to thai clinic thanks

First of all, I would like to thank you for the long working hours in weekends. Last Saturday I was looking for a medical help and couldn't be seen by the doctor in 4 walk in clinics I visited, as at 9:20 am they were already full and didn't accept patients. I was loosing hope, but stepped in in your doors and... I saw the doctor. The waiting time was quite decent, approx. 1 hr.Dr Irfan Raza saw me and prescribed medication that works very well. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Dr. Irfsn raza abused me today in his mother tongue hindi. But he didn’t know that i also know hindi . I was just trying to tell him past medical history but he doesn’t want to listen and was saying tell me only about today. he asked if i have diarrhea and i was trying to tell him that i took amoxylen and that might have caused it but he didn’t let me speak that part , i mean what kind of docotr he is and in between our talk while he abused me in hindi which i understanded completely . in english that means dauther of Motherf****r . He should be ashamed on himself

I had bad experience today in clinic. The doctor is not nice. He did not say hello to patient. In addition, he only treats for 1 problem for 1 patient. My son he had ear problem and belly pain. But he only treated ear and he said that the clinic only treats one problem for patient for a day and he asked come back tomorrow for belly pain or see another clinic. I can not believe it. The first time I heard about that. I never come there again.

No complaints EXCEPT for the rude lady at the front. She asked us to pay for the face masks and DEMANDED to give her money after explaining to her that we left our wallet in the car. The school called us while at work as our daughter was not feeling well so we went straight to this clinic. She was so rude to other ethnicities meanwhile she's giving the face masks to the east indian people for FREE!!!!! So unprofessional!!!

Always had great service here. Kind staff and I appreciate the cleanliness of taking off our shoes before entering the examination room. They do ask for a Covid test if you have any Covid symptoms but you can do it in your car and come back in and be seen right away.

I went there today with a very sore and out of place back and seen Dr. Richard Letterman. He gave me T3's for the pain which is fine, but when I asked him what should I be putting on my back hot or cold and he responded what did they do a thousand years ago. What kind of response is that? This guy shouldn't be practicing medicine. Stay away from this guy he is a quack. Very disappointed with our medical system.

Receptionist lied to me several times. She doesn’t wear her male properly at all, has horrid acrylic nails that are not allowed in healthcare, walks around like she owns the place.

This was the worst health care service I have ever received. Dr Ifran Raza was very rude. He asked his questions very fast and got mad when you did not answer him right away. I said I had a cough but I wasn’t not sure if it was a cold and he said “if you have a cough then it’s a cold”. He took only a minute to do his physical examination and when I asked questions like “is this normal or should I be experiencing these symptoms”, he said no that’s what we’re giving you this medication which was not helpful at all. When I asked him what my diagnosis is he told me it could be pharyngitis or strept throat, clearly he did not know what it was. Overall completely dismissive, uninterested and unprofessional. He prescribed antibiotics with little examination of me. If you want good health care and thorough examination do not go here. I was in an out in less than 5 minutes.
