Tried to open a payroll account for a startup in Calgary....The story.....1) submit request for consultation online (required).....two days later, no response 2) submit another request for consultation online...two days later I gat a call from an enterprise representative that sees from my e-mail that I am from a large organization...asks me if I can connect her with HR within the organization....I tell her no, that I'm only trying to open account for a startup within the organization...she says she can't help me but will connect me with the right person 3) three days later and no response so I call customer service...no answer so I leave a message 4) Used Ceridian previously so I called a number I had on file....they say they only process payroll and can't help me but would forward my request 5) one day later I call customer service again and reach a person who says they can not help me but will refer my request to an account representative 6) two days later I receive an e-mail from the enterprise rep saying she's sorry she hasn't got back to me as she was out of the country and in spotty wi-fi 7) receive an introductory e-mail from enterprise rep to my local agent which does not include phone number 8) no response after two days so
