It was a pleasant experience, they arrived on time for everything!!.The install went smooth and quick, we highly enjoyed the sheet metal fabricators Jason & Ryan and the installer Levi & Mark.The office was also very easy to deal with and happy to help.They listened and included us in the install from start to finish.My many thanks to all of you, cheers.

Service Excel came highly recommended to us and they did not disappoint. Eric came to see our house and answered all of our many, many, questions with expertise and professionalism. We had quotes from 4 other companies and they were all about the same. Service Excel had excellent customer service and stood out from the others. When installation day arrived Kent and Jared showed up on time every day and were great folks to have working in and around the house. Jared often burst out into song and told some really great Dad jokes. It was great to have such upbeat people in our home doing a job. Both Kent and Jared clearly know what they are doing and enjoy the work. We are so happy with our new heating and cooling system. I would recommend Service Excel to anyone.

ServiceXCEL installed a heat pump and double unit heating/cooling system for us. The entire process has been smooth, with great communication. There's an online portal to see appointments and invoices - plus the staff reply promptly to emails.Our installation was done by Kyler and Corey, who were on time, professional, clean, and polite. Essentially, they got on with the job, with no problems, and finished within the time specified.Very pleased with it all so far.

Ours was a pricey system, with 2 different types of air handlers in 2 zones, hyperheat" and a 3.5 ton outdoor unit. Technicians Levi and Mark arrived when arranged

We had an issue with water pooling under our furnace after using our AC for the first few times this year. The ServiceXCEL scheduling team was friendly and helpful in getting things on the books. They were patient with my questions and asked if I'd like to be on the cancellation list, which ended up getting us scheduled even sooner. The team who came to the house were friendly, patient and did a great job. Issue was resolved faster than the allotted window and they were great about explaining what was done and sending me pictures for my reference. Thanks team!

Just had a ductless heat pump installed by Sean and Adam! These guys were amazing, they were friendly, prompt, efficient and very professional in every aspect of this job. They showed complete respect for my home and property, were pleasant, answered all my questions and did it all with a smile. Heat Pump InstallationSummer had come and with it a heat dome (a.k.a. climate change!) that sat over British Columbia for several days. It was time to give serious consideration to ductless air conditioning. A scan of online reviews indicated that the primary choices existed with Fujitsu, Mitsubishi and Daikin each of which was rated well in terms of efficiency and quietness of operation.We sent requests to three companies for estimates on a Saturday. One company could come on Monday; a second on Tuesday but the third ruled itself out by promising to phone back in two weeks to make an appointment.We estimated the BTU required to service the cubic footage of the living area and master bedroom. The first estimate missed the required BTU by 30% but Eric Rasberry of ServicExcel provided an estimate that met our requirements with a promise to install a Daikin system just two weeks later.The day before the scheduled date we received a reminder and the installation team of Aaron, Levi and Tyler arrived promptly and set to work in a well-coordinated manner so that the installation was completed in two days. Fortunately the weather was relatively cool but special recognition must be given to Levi who did the bulk of the work required in the hot attic space. With the assistance of electrician Raul on day two, the team worked with the minimum of noise and fuss even though they were confronted with some placement issues concerning the ceiling cassette units due to other existing service pipes, exhaust ducts and power lines in the attic. On day one they cleaned up after themselves and tidied up as much as we would have wished. Upon completion, on day two they cleaned up completely, tested the units and provided operational instructions.ServicExcel met our needs in an exemplary fashion and all the personnel involved conducted themselves in a polite, professional manner. My experience with the Service EXCEL has been very good. The installers, Levi and Mark, did an excellent job; and the sheet metal guys, Jason and Ryan, as well. They were also a pleasure to have around. They were a great team which included good and positive communication among themselves and with me and doing outstanding work. I do recommend them.
