I find it very alarming that I witnessed an employee at the LCBO by the name of Nicole, treating customers of different ethnicity in a manner that’s very inappropriate. I myself am a white woman, who was served far better than the few patroons in front of me. This is even more disappointing seeing that it’s Anti-Racism Month. Her body language towards customers is unacceptable and needs to be addressed. The customers who I believe were from a South Asian decent were thrown out of the LCBO for trying to make her smile by making a friendly joke. She was squinting to read his driver’s license and he said “you need to have your eyes open to read it”. She then became visibly angry & yelling to “GET OUT” and refusing to serve them. He then apologized & she was not forgiving whatsoever. UNREAL!!! I was shocked and in disbelief! I hope to never come across this especially at an LCBO. Not to mention she I.D. the couple not just the paying customer, which the husband is balding with a short beard and didn’t look anywhere near under 25. I felt like she was targeting them from the moment she served them. Also, Nicole… get your vision tested you obviously can’t see fine prints and even had a difficult time reading my card as well.

Always good. They have lots of staff and always open up more tills when they are busy. Very helpful as well.

Pretty good. Just left the Beer Store to come here and buy some spirits and champagne. Employees were badass. There was a dog inside the back room and you could hear it scratching around and such. Maybe got into some liquor.

All the main brands are available. They have a wide variety of wine options as well. Not that busy during the working hours. The staff members are polite and informative. Please Carry a valid ID if I have to enter the shop. Even if I are not buying anything u will be asked for id. Also please don't take anyone if they don't have an id because the cashiers won't give u any alcoholic products if u are with them. It closes at 9 pm during weekdays and Saturdays, but closes at 6 Pm during Sundays..

I went to buy some beer and it's not like I went for the first time there and one of the employees asked for my id. I said sure and showed my id and my friend was with me just standing there and he didn't even want a beer and the cashier said I won't give you the beer of your friend doesn't show the id it's the LAW" he said and he clearly was making fun of us. I could tell this by his looks. This was the worst customer service ever. I'll never come there to buy alcohol."

I went there to buy some beers, I was not received well there by one of the cashiers. I being a customer had to ask them how they were, I indeed got a response saying she was fine and there’s some racial discrimination l happened. She never tried to greet us or serve us kindly. I definitely recommend to avoid this store and go to better store to have a better experience.
