24-7 Water

Terrible experience, why did I get charged 6 times for 4 bottles. Two charges were for $5 a piece. No receipt given. Just charges to my visaDo not recommend this place

Was excited to see this depot with alkaline water. I've read how beneficial it is to your health and especially if you have digestive issues.I found the depot very clean and convenient. The price very reasonable. The water is just the way it should be, no issues.I had a tour of the back of house and received a great education from the owners on water, their process and quality of tanks. They did their homework before they started their business, that's for sure.I can see why their business has expanded. It's nice to see a small, family run business do well. They have great customer care and I wish them all the best.

This place is so easy and convenient. Alkaline water is the best and the prices can't be beat. Thank you opening up in the Falls.

I do like the business model, the water and setup.The only downside is not having the proper rinsing station. I know there are many recommendations for rinsing but it's the one thing I like about other water companies, and have become accustomed to.

Just found this awesome place after just finding out the Water Depot closed up permanently (with all my money!) This store is everything I need for my refills and cheaper. The water here tastes so much purer than I was getting before and they also offer Alkaline Water which I'm switching to next. Thank you for being here 24hrs for us. You have a new loyal customer right here!

Just happened to pop in when the owner was in, not only was she incredibly helpful, and friendly, she took the time to walk us through everything. Plus when we walked in it smelled clean, looked clean and everything was all clearly labeled, organized. It was such a great experience that came from our regular location being closed and it turned out to even be cheaper! New favorite found, plus the hours are of course amazing!

I love 24-7 Water. This Niagara Falls water refill location is definitely 5 stars. The water is on point and perfect and the prices are fantastic. I love being able to go in and fill on my own anytime. You guys have always kept your stores well stocked, clean and in top running order. Thanks for bringing this super convenient location to the Falls.

Well, the facilities are very new and very clean, and they have 8 filling stations, but, they don't have a bottle cleaner.They have a fee of $3 per bottle, which is fairly normal, but the machines only fill your 18.9L bottle with 18L, so not quite a full bottle, and on top of that, you are expected to dump some of your paid for water down the drain.This is the first and only water provider I have ever seen that does not provide a bottle washing station, I do not want to see this become the new normal. You are expected to throw away some of your water. As explained on the signage, to clean your bottle, pay for 18L but pause the fill after the first bit, swirl that water around on your bottle then dump it down the drain. So you really only get 17.5L.Oh, and the best part, when you hit the pause button, the system restarts the fill after 30 seconds. So you may loose more water if you're not quick enough.And lastly, the water has a bit of a plastic taste to it. I am going to guess that they use plastic storage tanks for the filtered water. Or the flavour might be from the supply lines to the machines.Since I am a nights worker here in the falls, I was very happy to see a 24-7 place open. But I won't be using it ever again.***Addendum***No, not a competitor conspiracy. I have no affiliation with any other water company here in Niagara Falls or anywhere. I have, however, tried every water company in Welland and Niagara Falls. And I'm sorry to say, this was the worst I have seen of all of them. Signs on the wall telling me to reuse my caps, and telling me to use the very water I am paying for to clean my bottle. I have never seen such cheap business practices. Quite frankly, you're just not up to the standards that we have come to expect and set by your competitors here in Niagara Falls. Maybe your business practices fly in other areas, but not here. And if you're not using plastic storage tanks, then perhaps the plastic taste is coming from your supply lines, but the water wasn't nearly as clean tasting as my regular provider. I dropped it from 2 stars to 1 star after their conspiracy comments here on my review.***Addendum 2***Be sure to read the owners responses to this review, it shows just what kind of business owner they are. Mainly, revengeful. Rather than address problems in a professional manner, they attack, and do not address anything. Calling a potential, and now obviously lost customer a liar and being extremely rude because they received a poor review? Seriously. They may have a decent product, same as any other provider, but product isn't everything. They have no customer service skills, as shown here, and they are childish when it comes to constructive criticism. These are the worst business practices I have ever seen in a business owner.

It was my first (and definitely not last) visit to the Niagara Falls location and I was extremely pleased by my experience! The store is very clean and the refill system is very easy to follow. I appreciate the instructions on the wall beside the refill stations for further assistance if needed.
