teller E.Tome at this branch is extremely rude and impatient. She had an award of excellence displayed on her counter. Not sure what the award was for as it obviously was NOT for excellent customer service. Will NEVER go to this branch again!

This CIBC branch is terribly managed. There is very often a single teller working here with long line ups. I have complained about this before and there has been no change. I have never seen more than two tellers working here and there are six teller stations. The management team doesn’t seem to really care.

I have never been so rudely treated than I was at this branch. Teller sat on a high stool wearing dark glasses and would not let me explain my mother's issue with renewing her credit card. Kept telling me to stop talking and listen to her. My mother is 88, hard of hearing and needs assistance with her banking which I was attempting to do. I have closed her account and moved to another bank.

The teller was phenomenal but the woman I had to deal with when setting up my account was rude and couldn't give any consistent answers to any questions.

Went in with my mother and only one teller was servicing with 4 people in line and the attendant was very abrupt and short tempered. My first visit to this location and she was very rude towards my mother.The attendant made a mistake and fixed it. Then she became very frustrated with my mother. My mother is a senior and just needed some clarification. There was no need to be rude and ridicule my mother. When I tried to help she became more agitated. I don’t think I would open an account at this branch after seeing this service towards a long time client.I guess the banks only see us as numbers. The automated machines are more friendly.

I had a terrible experience at your bank branch today. The teller with sunglass and plastic gloves who served me was extremely rude and disrespectful. She spoke to me in a condescending tone and made me feel like I was bothering her. I was shocked at how unprofessional she was. I feel that as a customer, I deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy, and that was not the case at all. I hope that your bank takes this feedback seriously and makes sure that all of its employees are properly trained in customer service skills. I would not recommend this branch to anyone based on my experience.

Very friendly and well-qualified staff. Jason, a CSR, assisted me to resolve all issues smoothly and gave me an important advice. Possibly the best customer service experience in banks I get during last two years after my arrival to Canada (I have accounts in four banks).
