We loved the food! If you want to try something unique, try Nigerian food. It is so tasty, and full of flavour! Fatima, the owner, is very nice and works hard at making her dishes.Try the Jallof Rice with BBQ chicken or the Ewa Agoyin (Honey Beans with plantain). It's great to be able to support a locally owned and operated restaurant in the city. We will be back!

I'm from the U.S and my brother took me there to eat and, I absolutely love the food. The food is really good compared to a lot of African restaurants I have visited and eaten from across the globe. The Jolloff rice and fried beef is the best and, the meat pie, egg roll and puff puff is heavenly. I had to get a couple more to take along with me to the States, that's how good the food is. Highly recommend to anyone in the Nova Scotia area and if you are visiting Canada from any part of the World.

The food is tasty, awesome experience dining at the restaurant. The staff and the CEO are warm and friendly. The quality and quantity of the food is more than the cost. It's a great place to visit if you miss Nigeria.

If you're looking for tasty Nigerian meals, this is the place!! Great food at really great prices. A reasonably sized space for dining in and great ambience. You really can't go wrong with Efty.Totally recommend

I’ve had their jollof/fried rice, tastes good and sizable portions. I wouldn’t recommend the fish stew, it was 60% oil, mostly pepper and the plantain was stale.

I would like to provide my feedback on the Jollof/Fried Rice dish that I recently had at Efty Dishes Restaurant. I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the taste and quality of the dish.The Jollof/Fried Rice was cooked to perfection, with each grain being distinct and perfectly seasoned. The flavours were harmoniously combined and enhanced one another excellently. The spices used in the dish were fresh and gave it a distinct aroma and taste.The presentation of the dish was also impressive. The rice was served in a clean and well-presented manner, making it visually appealing and appetizing.Overall, I would like to commend the chefs at Efty Dishes Restaurant for their excellent culinary skills and attention to detail. The Jollof/Fried Rice dish that I had was truly delicious and one of the best I have had in a long time. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great meal.Thank you for providing me with such a delightful dining experience.
