I know the lineup can be long sometimes but if you want excellent service don’t go anywhere else. I went to Nespresso Galeries D’Anjou and they gave me wrong coffee. Came here for an exchange and Alison was more than kind to help me. She also offered me a coffee at their coffee bar while waiting for my order to be completed. LOVE IT! Thank you Alison :)

Welcoming staff, nice store and good coffee. I recommend if you have a Nespresso machine! I am not a true coffee lover so I dont really need a manual high end espresso machine. The nespresso Virtuo plus and Enissia machines are doing a great job. Very easy to use and good coffee extraction using the capsules. The only downside of Nespresso is that before they had great deals when you were buying lots of capsules (free machine, or big discount) but now this is strict minimum discount. For example, even if you want to buy more than 450 capsules in one shot, you will get the same discount as someone only buying 150 capsules. Also. Nespresso France/Europe is having far better deals than Nespresso Canada even though I was told that Nespresso Canada at Carrefour Laval is the biggest and best seller store in the whole world. This is basically a joke since they don't even have half of the products available in Europe. Anyway, if you want easy good quality coffee, go for the Nespresso products, you cannot go wrong. If you want high end quality with your own selection of coffee, you may go with manual espresso machines (Miele, Delonghi etc..). By the way, if you already know which Nespresso capsules you need, you may call Nespresso Canada and order over the phone or online, this will save you time and money. You won't have to use your car and the shipment if not mistaken will be free with minimum order and shipment will come within 48h-72h (as per previous experience).

First time I am able to pass by without a line up and I am forgotten in the line. Terrible experience. Will pass by Fairview or online next time.

I went there today (Saturday) for the first time after the renovation. Very confusing and stressful experience. The staff at the door can't answer the basic question: where I can buy a coffee? There are two lines forming outside the store and no indication what for. The staff inside expects you to know how this new configuration works and is not helpful with explanation. I was told oh

I have been a Nespreso costumer since 3 years ago. I love the coffee and the store is Super beautiful and clean. Yesterday for the 1st time i had a really bad experience with the new service. The machine service".I understand the Store is getting lots of new Costumers and sometimes the waiting time was a little bit long and the idea of the machines could be a solution but now they need more staff to help the costumers to understand how to use the machines. Yesterday i went to the store and 1st i want to get a coffee and the employ at 4:15 pm was already cleanning the machines and she said to me she could not give me a coffee because the services was close when the store closes at 5 pm. After i started buying the coffee and i was trying to get help with some coffee and the girl there was running helping other costumers and it look like i was bothering her. At the end i asked her if there was a promotion and she said when you buy 120 capsules you receive 2 boxes free which i never got. I paid for the 14 boxes i got. She never checked what i had on my bag and she put the my bag in the machine i paid and right away said to my wife and me " Have a nice day sir" I felt like was kicking us out....My experince was not good at all...."

illogical setup, no space to walk around, no service staff to awnser questions, must request help multiple times with zero informative awnser.20 min waiting time just to enter is ridiculous.it was by far our worse nespresso experience to this date

Came to pick up an online order and some capsules from a promotion (Linen Chest) but they made the latter a nightmare. They refused to help cuz they “can’t print the invoice” and because the only manager on duty is “alone and busy”. Garbage service with no solution proposed, really disappointed as a loyal Nespresso customer for years. Now I need to ping pong back to customer service and figure out how to get the capsules? What a complete waste of time. I’d rather deal with an AI robot than the super unhelpful staff here.

This Nespresso boutique is different than the others. They the automated kiosk which are not really my favorite. I enjoy shopping online more. But I also like to buy from the store. There are no more long queues at this store and the staff here are wonderful and helpful.

Go here for my pods, love the way they are laid out and the way you check out, super easy. The way the coffee is presented and described is great too! Nice experience.
