Literally the worst customer service of my life. Trying to resolve a problem with my order and I've called and emailed 3 separate people at least 30 times and never got a reply. Completely ghosted it's unbelievable. When I call the front desk I get someone who says I'm new so I can't help you

I had a terrible experience with this company. To do a favor to a friend I sent an order to Mr. Rudi Ciccia employee of the Surrey office. By Rudi’s mistake the order was processed badly and in response I only received insults, disrespect and the solution was to hang up the phone while I spoke. I was threatened if I didn't pay the bill. I don't want to anything about this company and less about that employee.Definitely ,my recommendation is to go to another company

A partner of my employing company needed single-sided postcards printed for a tradeshow.. sometimes we aren't given enough notice of these types of projects—especially over a long weekend—so we were struggling with our regular printer to get them done in time at a reasonable price.Minuteman has saved us multiple times, but especially this time. I always feel bad for sending out for rush orders, but not only did they get the prints done (accurately of course).. they did it with time to spare.
