Jeff was a pleasure to deal with. He did a great job on my basement and finished the job before his initial quote. His crew was also on top of cleaning up the jobsite which is much appreciated! Thanks again!

Murcon/Jacobs Total Contracting was hired to do work in our home in 2016. From project start up for the completion date nothing was done on time or satisfactory. Jeff constantly asked for money saying he barely had any overhead. The workers he brought in looked like they had just been picked up at a local drug outlet. They were constantly swearing, blared the music and Jeff fit right in. The project was 4 months overdue when we finally had to ask them not to return. The project did not get the finishing touches and I completed this myself. Jeff told us he was a homebuilder/millwright. When we did some searching we found that he infact was neither and had not even finished Grade 12. Jacobs Total Contracting has now suddenly become Murcon. It is the exact same low quality company providing the low quality work they always have. We do not recommend Jacobs Total Contracting/Murcon for any type of project and strongly agree that the company is not legitimate. In the final billing there was almost $10 000 in hidden charges that were brought to our attention, we of course did not pay that. Jacobs Total Contracting/Murcon is a fraudulent business that is not registered licensed or experienced. Stay away!!!!!!!

I hired Jef In 2020 Todo a backsplash and countertop in my kitchen He did a wonderful job the price was reasonable it was done fast and efficient I will definitely call him back for some other projects I have coming up

Our insurance sent Jeff to do some work in our basement. We are very pleased with the job he did! He made sure it was done right and that we were happy. We then got him to put trim in our bathroom and he did an amazing job we are so happy and would recommend him.
