I got stuck in mud outside Winnipeg on Hwy 1 called many tow truck companies but no one was coming this far.They were the only one to come and they did a great job.Will highly recommend.

Excellent, reliable, very kind and friendly service! Arrived on time. I didn’t have to wait for more than 20mins for the service guy to get my car to start, which I appreciate very much as it was one of the coldest days we’ve had this winter. A+ service. Called a competing company this morning, Champion. No estimate on time, or availability, poor customer service etc. Made the change to Bison and not only did they come under the previous quote they arrived in short order. Under the quoted time of 60 to 90 minutes. Zach was friendly, helpful and professional. Good job folks I will be sure to use you in the future and pass on my recommendations for your company! Thanks!

Zack was very professional and was able to give me a quote within seconds after explaining my situation. Sunny, Abbu, Jazz showed up in a timely manner, they were friendly, professional and very helpful. They did a very difficult towing job for my car and I cant thank them enough for their time, patience and effort they put into getting my vehicle safe and secured. I highly recommend this company. If ever need a tow again they will be my first choice.

I had a great experience with Bison Towing when my Nissan Armada unexpectedly broke down on the way home from work. The team arrived promptly and was extremely professional and efficient throughout the entire process of towing my car to Canadian Tire, where it unfortunately turned out to be a write off. But to top it all off, I even received a refund from CAA for the service provided by Bison Towing. I highly recommend this towing company for their exceptional service and customer care.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The driver couldn't wait longer than 15 minutes for payment which had to go through our head office. The driver threatened us and harassed us for payment. I recommend paying the extra cost that comes with a professional company.
