PetSmart

Grooming did a horrendous job on my dog today. They shaved part of her chest for no reason whatsoever! When I called them they told me that it is normal because that is where her cowlick is and so the hair gets bladed shorter there. What?!?!?! I had been taking her to the PetSmart in Skyview Mall for 6 years and NEVER had this happen! I will definitely never be back to this PetSmart again!!

Petsmart has whatever you need for pets. I always compare prices, and Petsmart has some of the best prices around. They also have good promotions.

I recently adopted a cat from this petsmart. The cat was technically from Infinite Woofs Animal Rescue Society , but was staying at this Petsmart. The staff was super knowledgeable about the cat , and super polite , efficient , informative , and just generally amazing during the entire adoption process. You could tell they really do love the animals that they care for until they’re adopted. There was plenty selection for every animal from fish , to cats and dogs , to other small animals such as birds and guinea pigs. The staff and manager made sure that we got the most deals from our coupon book that came with our new adoption as we could :) Things are a bit expensive , but that’s to be expected as everything is expensive , and that isn’t the employees fault. Overall a great experience with this petsmart.

Came into store to buy a fish with 1 hour left until closing. My husband and I were the only customers. The cashier gave us some lame excuse that they are not allowed to sell us any animals with an hour left until closing. Yet the next day we went to Edmonton location and they were very kind and sold us the fish we were looking for with only 5 minutes left until closing.The cashier seemed very unfriendly and annoyed the second we walked in that evening

All the girls that work in the salon are excellent! You can tell how much they care about the dogs they groom, and are always so friendly. I 100% trust them with my dog and that is saying a lot! I’ve had a couple different groomers for my dog at this location and I’ve always had a great experience. He’s a nervous guy and I know they take good care of him, and I understand that sometimes he’s not the best behaved but they still do what they can for him.Thank you ladies!!

I have tried several places for my dogs grooming, all wonderful, but I find myself always coming back to Petsmart for the best cuts. My dog was there today and I think its the best ever - not too long not to short (for winter) just perfect. Love that you can choose your groomer although all have been really good. Taylor Z. was my star groomer today.

Today, my two dogs had their picture take with Santa. Santa Claus and her elf helper were AMAZING. The first picture where they do not look scared; it turned out so well. A credit to Santa and the photographer for this! They seem to really care about the animal visitors at this location ;)

We have brought our other dogs here for grooming. Now with our newest additions Jocelyn was very kind since it was their first visit. She was very careful on what she did so as to get them familiar with the grooming process. As the 2 pups are only 5 months old they were nervous but came thru their initial visit with tails wagging!

We love PetSmart! Kona eats Merrick Salmon & Sweet Potato… it leaves her coat so healthy & shiney! She loves coming inside to look at the birdies & to get pets from all the employees & other customers.

Interacted with a few employees today the first lady was horrible. Rude. Had no idea how to talk to people. Everyone else was nice but will probably continue to go to the west end location now
