This was the worst service for supposedly a high end car dealership….We’ll we had an appointment this morning for recall on back up camera….. told me when I made the appointment if the part wasn’t in they would call me and reschedule, they didn’t call so we figured part was in. They came this morning to pick up suv…. Just brought it back said the part wasn’t in. My husband took day off work.And the price of gas the way it is(Trip down and back)Just awful service!!We r very upset and disappointed with itPlans on new vehicle this spring but not with Hickman.Reached out to the sales person, was supposed to address it but as far as we know DIDN’T.
