Excellent experience buying my new Range Rover Velar at Descarie Motors. This is mostly due to the exceptional service provided by Charles-Étienne Gagnon. His attention to details and ability to address all my concerns made it for one of the best car purchase experiences I've ever had. I strongly recommend Decarie Motors and especially Charles-Étienne - he offered a real 5 star service!

Horrible experience. Dealt with a salesman for a brand new RRS, was promised delivery within 6-9 months (considering the shortage) from Jan 2022... now in 2023 still no ETA in sight. Management is rude and not accommodating at all.

Worst service experience ever. They took me an Uber to the wrong address for my return trip to their own store after they changer my tiers. had to wait 20min for another one in the cold. Spend hours in trafic during the day to have my tier replaced. Paid 410$ and the responsible person did not even say sorry. They take customers for granted.

Charles help us to get our new land rover sport 2021 and he is very professional , proactive and helpful to help us choose the right car for us. very happy with the service and the beautiful nice car. Charles took time to explain us all the function after picking the car and told us if we need, we could book another appointment to go through again. Honesty we were not sure about land rover service before because we have went to brossard branch one time and we felt very unformtable that the person who took appointment with us was not there. Charles was referred by one of friend who bought car from him and it was very good experience. thank you Charles for the good service.

I just purchased a new car from Decarie Motors, and we had a wonderful experience with Charles Gagnon. He was very attentive, helpful, answered all our questions, he basically made the entire transaction very smooth and enjoyable. He even came to work during his vacation to personally deliver us the vehicle. Now that’s service!! Even after purchasing the vehicle, he still makes himself available to answer any question/concern we have, always getting back to us very quickly. Highly recommend! Patrick Soussan as well on the financial side, helped facilitate the transaction incredibly seamlessly. Great team, thank you!!

AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS.They do not respect clients here.They refuse to properly fix your vehicle but instead laugh in your face and argue with you. They do not offer shuttle service nor do they offer any kind of transport accommodation when your car is not drivable. My family and I are long-standing clients with Land Rover, it is remarkable how quickly the customer service has declined.

For a Range Rover Dealership they offer the worst service ! Their staff should be way more on top of the game! I wanted to buy a new car from that dealership but went elsewhere and got much better service! (It seems that many other reviews are similar to mine…)
