We've used TAS several times over the past two years. We've unfortunately had lots of issues with our oven and induction stove top. The technician this last recent visit was great - friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

I have an Inglis gas dryer purchased in the 80's that runs well with the exception of a connector that operates the drum once the door is closed. I have been dealing with this company since 2017 and continues to provide exceptional service even during the pandemic . They endeavour to obtain the part ,being an old unit, may take a bit of time, but the end result is always the same...Professional, Knowledgeable, on-time, reliable and friendly technicians with a few tips on the dryer. Thank you TAS!!!

They came and told me I needed a new part- that I paid for then it didn't fix the problem. They then told me I needed to spend another $900 to fix the problem at which point I could buy a new stove. I asked them to take the part back since it didn't solve the problem at which point they refused. The manager is rude and they clearly have no problems ripping people off. I spent almost $800 and still don't have a stove- truly horrible how they treat people!

AVOID THIS COMPANY. DON'T LET THEM INTO YOUR HOME.They are dishonest and rude. If they will blatantly lie to a long-term customer, then they are certainly not to be trusted. My numerous attempts to easily resolve my issue have been rudely denied and then ignored. TAS should not be allowed to operate a business without integrity. Please, be warned and call anybody else. ZERO STARS.

The technician was really helpful to explain the issue with my washer. It was an easy fix but I appreciated being given a full explanation to help me take care of my appliance. Technician gave me a call to let me know when they were arriving and was on time. Technician was friendly, professional and efficient.

Technician came on time, quickly diagnosed problem and ordered part. It was then installed in a couple of days and now works fine.I was very happy with service and will TAS in future if needed.

I used TAS to fix a washing a machine in a condo currently leased out, I was extremely happy with the service they performed. It was done professionally and in a timely manner - within one day, making me and my tenant very happy!

Issues with hidden charges and damages to furniture which TAS has refused to take responsibility for.In one service call TAS charged an additional charge on top of the $140 charge they communicated for the service call. Supposedly the service call was only to be 15 mins and since it lasted longer there was an additional charge. This was not communicated.In another service call the technician placed equipment on a pine bureau and damaged it. TAS has declined any responsibility for its technician's actions.In both cases TAS is unresponsive and will not discuss the matters.

Really like how fast they responded.Liked that the service technician was courteous and explained everything clearly. I was afraid the costs would be astronomical, but turned out the costs were minimal. I would recommend their services to anyone needing appliance repairs.

The technician was able to visit the day following my request. He was professional and courteous. He wore shoe coverings when entering the house. He quickly found the problem with the fridge, explained it to me and fixed it easily. Even though my fridge was still under warranty I believe that I received excellent service and would recommend this company to others. Our service person was excellent.
