This is such a wonderful family owned store that sells many Canadian made products. The service every time we have been here has been amazing. Even if they are are busy, you are always acknowledged. Staff is very knowledgeable about all their products and really listen to you when you tell them what you want. They are not pushy and do not try to oversell you anything. We purchased our crib, dresser, mattress, glider and high chair here. Prices are always reasonable compared with other stores. They definitely treat you like family here, and I am so happy to be able to support this local business. Thank you for everything Fiona and Lauren!

This store is amazing. The staff are kind, patient, knowledgeable, helpful and gracious.We purchased around Oct/Nov for our nursery to be, though ended up losing the baby at 6 months. This store allowed us to grieve and take our time in picking up our furniture and ended up holding on to it for roughly 7 months with no issue.I would tell every expecting parent to visit. Great range of products in colour and price. They’ll walk you through how to use each stroller, what makes certain products stand out from others and make sure you’re informed when making purchasing decisions. 10/10.

This place has tons of strollers and car seats to see in person. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and answered my barrage of questions about everything and spent a ton of time with me showing me how everything worked, helping me see if the stroller would fit in my trunk etc. As a first time mum I really appreciated the amount of time Lauren spent with me helping me out. I highly recommend this store and am so happy to be able to buy from a local family owned store instead of a big box store.

The best baby store we've found hands down!Familly ownedQuality first (and Canadian when possible)Caring service by staff who really don't push, but let the product details sell themeselves.We've bought a crib+dresser, car seat and stroller from them for now, but this store will always be worth the drive as our little one grows up and needs new furniture!

Fiona is exceptional. She always makes herself available for any questions or concerns we have. We recently noticed that we have the wrong stroller seats for our stroller, and within hours of calling she had rectified the error and the stroller company came to swap the seats that same day. Literally the best customer service ever.

The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. We went in as first time parents and left confident in our purchases . We purchased our crib set, stroller, and car seat (so far) from them and are extremely pleased with everything. We love that they are a family owned business who always tries to source Canadian made products. Highly recommend this business.

Had a great experience with Fiona! She spent a great amount of time with us making sure we picked out the right rocking chair and stroller. She wasn’t a pushy salesperson and listened to our needs and provided us with some great options. Overall a great experience with lots of options and great customer service.

Do yourself a favour and buy your baby furniture here! We are located an hour away from Stoney Creek and despite being located to stores much closer to where we live we decided to come back to purchase our second baby's furniture here again because of the exceptional service that was provided. Not only did Fiona and her team go above and beyond to help us out in any way in store, or over the phone with our questions/requests, they also carry the most beautiful and durable furniture that our children can grow into for many years to come. We are so pleased and will definately come back. I highly recommend working with Fiona at Baby World of Stoney Creek!
