This equipment is in an estate as the owner passed away. We had no idea about anything date of purchase or installation, etc. The chair was removed to get items out of the basement. Unfortunately, once the movers removed the chair they could not get it back on the track. So, we contacted Motion and they sent Darryl out to look at it. The chair was not cooperating to say the least BUT Darryl, who is a very nice, polite and considerate man did his best to make it work but ran into a snag and he was so upfront and honest about it, I was impressed. We rescheduled it as it was getting late. Darryl came back with Kevin and the two of them had the chair fully functionable and running smoothly in a heartbeat. I would HIGHLY recommend Motion (formerly Motion Specialties) to anyone who needs power wheelchairs, manual wheelchairs, stairlifts, ramps, walkers, canes, transfer/lift systems, etc. You will find everyone to be friendly and helpful. Thank you Darryl and Kevin for performing magic so we can get to the next step in settling this estate.

We went in today with my 94yo grandma who needed a new walker. We had an appointment with Carole at 10am, and another wonderful lady who helped us to complete some paperwork. They really went above and beyond to help us out and make her feel cared for. She has not stopped talking all day about how much she loves her new walker, and what a great fit it is for her. Thank you so much ladies and Motions! Signed the granddaughter of the lady who will never shop at the competition again!

The showroom ladies, Trisha & Wanda were absolutely topnotch. I entered the showroom, and I was very warmly and friendly greeted and they answered every question I had. I left the showroom with my receipt in hand for the Revo 2.0 Scooter I had just purchased. Also a great big thank you to Ken, the next morning he delivered the scooter right on time and was so helpful going over the scooter and batteries and all. As I write this, Gemma, my Shih Tzu is asleep on HER scooter I put a cushion down for her, she loves it. I went to motions with a script from my doctor for a motorized wheelchair. I was put in touch with Bradley right away. Him and his team took care of me and my needs very quickly and professionally and I was fitted for my chair. When the chair came in Bradley and the team delivered it to my house and did all the necessary adjustments. They didn't leave until I was totally comfortable and knew all the ins and outs of the chair. I am so very greatful for everything they have done for me. I have gained some of my independence back and can't wait to keep on rolling with my new wheels!

We had a stair lift installed yesterday, your staff Bruce Grass was very efficient, patient and helpful. We were very satisfied with his work. I surely would recommend him to my friends and associates.
