Meulensteen Tire & Auto

I am new in town and checked the reviews for this company before I took my car in. In Dec of 2021 I had front brakes and tires replaced. The car had to go back for a slow leak. In April I took it in as one of my front struts broke. I had both struts replaced. I picked up my car and drove .5 miles home. When I got in the car the next day I noticed the steering wheel was not centered but off to the right about 4 inches. I took the car back to Muellenstein Tire and I was told I must have drove the car with a damaged strut. The steering wheel was not like that when I dropped it off for repair. I asked why they did not suggest or offer an alignment when it was in the shop and they said they don’t do an alignment even when replacing parts such as struts, It is not needed. I do not agree with this and I am very disheartened with the service I received. I now have to drive my car like this for 3 weeks until I can get it into a reputable repair shop.

I went out for my lunch and noticed a flat tire on my car. I called Meulensteens to see if they could fit me in to repair or replace it and got me in immediately. Turns out it was a massive screw, which they took out and patched extremely quickly. Very satisfied with the quick, friendly service!

I arrived before you were open for business. The employee inside quickly attended the front door, unlocked it and welcomed me in. There was no waiting. They accommodated with an appointment that same day and fixed at a fair price by mid afternoon. Thanks DC

May 31,2018 This was my first visit on a recommendation from a friend. Being a senior, money is tight on retirement. All I can say is that this was one of the best decisions that I have made. I receive that old fashion service . Yes the one where the customer receives honesty and quality service. They will be my place to go for future car servicing. Big thanks again to the staff at this location for help on my car air conditioning.

First time there today. Went for oil change. The price was fair for full synthetic and no attempt to upsell which is rare these days. I'll be back for sure.

I am very happy with the service I received here. The employees were incredibly helpful and friendly. I needed a specific tire and rim for my old tractor. They found me a great deal and had it ready right on time. Great location and very clean office space. I am very pleased, highly recommend.

I had new tires put on there and all the staff were absolutely the best, they were all so friendly, nice, and professional. They were thorough and honest and with someone who does not not know alot about tires and what is needed this was so appreciated. They were fast and efficient. Anthony who put the was AMAZING he went above and beyond with moving newest tires to the front and he explained everything thoroughly and patiently. Best service EVER. Would recommend everyone to go there! I would drive from anywhere in Ontario!
