Pennzoil 10 Minute Oil Change Centre

They quoted and wanted to overcharge me for an oil change on my 1/2 ton truck with smaller eight Cyc cylinder taking 6 liters and wanted to charge me $180.00 with taxes. Competitor charged $115.00 plus tax. Was not happy with the attendant's attitude.

Quick, friendly service. These guys are great at what they do, they run like a well oiled machine (no pun intended ha). Was in and out quickly and only had to get out of the car to pay :)

I had been there before with no issue. My big complaint is a new $15 charge for skid plate handling". When I inquired as to what this charge was

I take my car here almost every time I have my oil changed. It's always fast and friendly service. Today, I took my car for an oil change, knowing my car had a slow leak in the driver's side tire. Tom found the nail for me and went next door and talked to the guys at Tirecraft and they got me right in. This is not his job, but he went out of his way to make sure they took care of me. Thank you so much Tom for ALWAYS providing exceptional customer service! I always feel confident coming to this location and would reccomend it to anyone looking for friendly, honest, fast and professional service!

I Customized my own truck by hand. I know pretty much everything there is to know about it. It's every hard to find a Oil & lube place that has a clue of what they are doing or try and scam you out of money Pennzoil Oil change centre has been doing the Oil and lube on my truck for 3 years now. Always been great with work and with me each time..Example I asked if they sold Rain X wipes as i wanted to keep the windows clear and It helps with the rain They gave me a bottle of it free and My girlfriends car which would last us 3 years atleast..Other times Scented trees and Little giveaways All this and it's done fast and right

It was my first time by Pennzoil 10 minutes oil change, the service was as good as my regular garage, they check as much as my garage would do, the only reason I went is because I needed it that day, not a week later. The price is twice as my regular garage charge me but I guess that is normal if I don't want to wait the extra week for a appointment.

My mainstay for all 3 of my cars. Good clean service, clean shop, staff is always friendly and helpful except one who is always grumpy and rarely speaks. Quick service too and sometimes you get a free carwash!

I was really unhappy - I recommend DON'T GO HERE!!! Hidden charges up the ying yang!!!!I went in for a basic oil change that shows $47.99 on their board. It says it includes 5 litres of oil, inspection, and other. When I get done the bill is over $70!!!! Why???? My Dodge caravan takes 5.6 litres of oil - the additional .6 litre was an upcharge of 5.39. I could almost live with that except then they also charged $6.99 for an oil filter and $2.00 for shop supplies. THAT 23% HIDDEN CHARGES!!! I felt ripped off. For the record, I am a big supporter of local small business and I am assuming this is a franchise supporting a family and some local jobs -- THAT'S GREAT - I want to support those local businesses. But I view this practice as mis-leading at best and dis-honest on its face. So, find another local business to support until this particular business decides to be upfront and honest with their customers.

Always do a great job and fast. It is over priced now. $80 for an oil change is pretty steep. Will be sourcing out a cheaper place as times for money have changed now.

I have had several changes over the past two years and when I went this time I was having trouble reading the little sticker for my service. One of the employees took it off the windshield and read it off to the gentleman at the desk. He knew I was 2000 km early for a change and did not say one word. I checked my records when I got home to confirm my suspicions. Yes it was my error in dropping in early, I do service my vehicle at regular intervals and an honest shop would have advised me I still had a while to go and come back at a later date. Since I feel honesty is the best policy, and business is built on reputation and repeat business this is a big disappointment. Seniors beware!
